Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Southern Europe

This is an amazing place to stay. The area is so incredibly peaceful and I loved walking down the mountain road each day to take a swim in the river in a totally secluded place. The room was clean and comfortable. Aicha’s Korean food is absolutely delicious and the fresh bread being made by the ladies across the street is incredible too. I had such a wonderful time here.

Chantal is a very polite host and everything was fine at our stay. The maison is a great place for people which like nature, the silence of the French countryside or outdoor activities. A car is recommended.

Very responsive owner, she responded very quickly to any questions or requests we had. We were able to pick up the keys in the morning to allow us to go to Puy du Fou quietly. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Cielo. It was very clean and the bed was amazing. We slept very well because it was really quiet. We loved the outside kitchen and the big garden (with very comfortable chairs! Always a big plus). The surroundings are beautiful and there are good restaurants nearby. Michèle is very kind and attentive. She gave us a lot of good tips on what to do in the area, which was very nice. She also has a very cute and energetic dog that loves cuddles, which was definitely a bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay at Monte da Choça. Rudolfo was always ready with help, a good story or good suggestions on where to go. We had some issues in the beginning but it was quickly solved and Rudolfo was very responsive. We enjoyed the very clean pool a lot, feeding the animals every morning, petting the super cute dogs and cats, and our son really liked the games and the bicycle available, and we spend a lot of time just roaming the grounds. The hotel is placed in a very pretty nature setting and only 10 mins drive away from some of the most breathtaking beaches we have ever visited. We would love to come again one day.

Giovanna is such a warm and lovely host. You can really tell she cares about making her guests feel at home. Every morning she offered all kinds of breakfast treats from granola to pancakes. She also had great tips for exploring the area and finding the best routes to the Etna. The tiny house itself is super cozy and decorated with so much love. For us it was a perfect stay and we would totally recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay. Amandine and Vincent were very nice, welcoming, always available and above all very discreet! It was a real pleasure to be able to fully enjoy the pool in complete privacy. The place was as pictured, even exceeding our expectations. Thank you for this stay, I would recommend it without so much as a second thought!

I loved this stay the location and the views are stunning. I was in the area for an event and I am very happy that I chose this Airbnb. Marco was very helpful and even suggested many recommendations around the area. I would stay again.

Last week we were allowed to stay here during our winter sports. Despite the fact that we were on the slats all day, we were able to enjoy this room before and then! Everything you need is here. Very nice and quiet room in the heart of the Alpilles. Well-equipped, carefully decorated and very clean. The outdoor spaces are fantastic with the sun from breakfast and late at night. Muriel's hosting and communication are perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

Great stay at Domaine de Candide, a beautiful cottage in the middle of the Nevers countryside. The place is beautiful, bordered by the river. We immediately felt good there, thanks to the calm of the place and the hospitality of Cyril who provides many small touches for his guests.

We loved staying at Ignazio‘s home. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful. The room was very clean, and there was a nice breakfast provided every morning. It is true that the walls are a bit thin so you might hear your neighbour from time to time, but since everybody is there for peace and quiet, it won‘t bother you. We can definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Christine's place. The accommodation is very quiet and relaxing. The table d 'hôte was a real plus with the good little dishes from Cyril and Marion. We'd love to come back to this little cocoon.

Beautiful! Still breath taken by the scenery around. And the place itself was just perfect. As a sign said: simple on the inside, luxury on the outside (or something like that). Very easy to check in and out. Shower and toilets clean and very accessible. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant really nice and prices good. Would highly recommend (and I definitely want to go back some time!) 🏔️

We were hosted very well. We had a pleasant stay. Jacqueline is very attentive and available. In addition, our dog was very well received, which is not the case everywhere. Breakfast and coffee are included. Alright you did it!

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Milan’s place in Foča. The location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by peaceful nature, with the sound of the river in the background creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some outdoor adventure, especially the water rafting, which was an unforgettable experience. The accommodation was comfortable and well-suited to the natural setting. Just be aware that, as with any place close to nature, there were a few insects and spiders around—but nothing unexpected for the area. Milan was a friendly and accommodating host, and we’d definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking to reconnect with nature and enjoy some adventure in a serene environment.

Wow, David’s place is incredible. The surf camp was a peaceful oasis -very comfortable and beautiful! David and the folks working there are so kind and friendly. Overall, it’s an amazing place, right on a surf break and along lovely hikes. I’d highly recommend to those searching for a laid back, beachfront stay that’s off the beaten path.

We had a great time at Cristiano's, the place is beautiful, Cristiano was there to answer our questions, the jacuzzi was great as well as the accommodation Breakfast was really delicious, homemade and hearty The only regret is not staying longer! Thanks so much! The location is also great for visiting Cisternino, which has a lot of charm.
