It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia.
