Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southern Caloocan City

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

This house is a home to guests. Ms. Jenah is super responsive. She welcomed us in our stay which I really appreciated. The towels and bed sheets are squeaky clean. They have complete utensils and appliances. Also my relatives who are from Cebu, Batangas and Pangasinan are delighted in our stay. Also the rooms have great air conditioning. I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is such a great place to stay for family with complete amenities and enough space for six people and had a comfortable sleep that felt like home. The room have stunning view and each room has own aircon and toilet. Restaurants and malls is just walking distance. Great place thanks!

stayed in this place with an infant. if ever we'll be at the area, it would be an easy decision to book this place again :) easily one of the most convenient and satisfying space we had booked - clean, essential amenities are ready to be used and you can also entertain yourself in the area if you are looking for a staycation. the staff are approachable, friendly and easy to talk to for concerns. grateful we had a seamless, stress-free stay :)

We stayed here for over a week as a family of five, including two kids, and had a great experience. There are three things I'd like to highlight. Location- The unit is conveniently connected to Uptown Mall, making it easy to access a wide variety of dining options and cafés. Booking a Grab ride was also quick and hassle-free. The Unit- The space is generous, with plenty of room for sleeping and moving around, even with our luggage. It was comfortable and well-suited for a family stay. The Host- having a host who is very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions is absolutely a plus. Thank you, Cathy, for being so accommodating and understanding throughout our stay. The properties you manage will be our go to when we return to BGC!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. Overall, Ms. Liezl’s place is highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall was satisfied with our stay. There could be improvements to be made like the spoilt balcony door lock. The place was accessible to everything you need and it's easy to book a grab since I prefer to leave my car. The free parking was an added bonus. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Highly recommended. Heidi and Natassia are both Super host. From booking to check out, Heidi gives us peace of mind. We were treated like a family. Place is very safe. It is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the guard named Chris.

If I was to stay in makati again, I’d stay here

Very accommodating. The unit is better than seen in the pictures. As in Wow! Very responsive to our inquiries even if its late at night. He assist us well before and after our booking. Definitely will book again and recommend this to our friends.

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Love the location in BGC. Lots of things to do within walking distance. It’s helpful specially dealing with Manila traffic. Security and front desk ataffs are excellent.

We’ve had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our honeymoon! The apartment is cozy, comfortable and very modern. It’s located so ideally & very close to amazing restaurants & shops. The hosts were too good, very responsive, gave great recommendations about the area & just overall very inviting and helpful. I highly recommend anyone heading to Manila or in general to Philippines to stop by here! 😁😍
