Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southern Caloocan City

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

I had a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described —clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really enjoyed the Japanese-inspired vibe. The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Communication with Christine was excellent—she was proactive in checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I’m in Pasay City. Thank you!

Before I booked our stay, I had a chat with Ian and Clifford. They were very responsive and I appreciate their flexibility on our requests. There was a bit of miscommunication on our end when we checked out, but they were patient and understanding. Ate Belen, the caretaker, is very sweet and kind. Talking with her felt like we knew her for a long time. The house was very spacious and clean. We brought our small dogs with us and they had room to run around and play. The place is very quiet so it's ideal for guests who want to have a quick quiet time. We had a peaceful sleep at night. Overall, we thank you so much for allowing us to use your house as our venue for our prenup shoot. We enjoyed every minute and we highly recommend this to our friends and families.

Our staycation here was very much worth it. The place is beautiful and homey, and saying the hosts are welcoming is an extreme understatement. Alagang-alaga kami the entire time, they would go the extra mile for us. Definitely recommending the place!

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! stayed in this place with an infant. if ever we'll be at the area, it would be an easy decision to book this place again :) easily one of the most convenient and satisfying space we had booked - clean, essential amenities are ready to be used and you can also entertain yourself in the area if you are looking for a staycation. the staff are approachable, friendly and easy to talk to for concerns. grateful we had a seamless, stress-free stay :)

You cant beat the location! So close to everything and the link from the property to the Uptown Mall is so convenient. Cathy is a great host, very responsive. We like that theres ample towels to use and theres a washer which (there were laundry pods to use as well) was a good addition. Coffees and teas were supplied and a few bottled water which we think was really thoughtful.

It's just a snake because the holiday is only 1day but we'll be back next time. my sleep is good and everything is fine. ma'am is also nice to talk to💖💖💖

Very responsive host. has everything you need. 7 11 and grocery store downstairs. very convenient. behind Makati fire station so can be a little noisy on some nights with sirens but the host supplies ear plugs. aircon works great and kitchen has everything

I was skeptical at first to check in at Grass but Hasita’s unit was the only one I saw with some sense of aesthetics. The room was as beautiful as the pictures and I can tell as soon as I walked in that the host invested on the quality of the appliances since it was all good brands. The place was near SM North Edsa which was very convenient. The place has several stores outside the building which were all at a walking distance. The best thing is that the room had board games which made our stay a lot more fun when we wanted to take a break from too much work. Would definitely be back! Thank you Hasita and Carlo for being such accommodating hosts!

Very accommodating. The unit is better than seen in the pictures. As in Wow! Very responsive to our inquiries even if its late at night. He assist us well before and after our booking. Definitely will book again and recommend this to our friends.

A great place for staycation. The hotel/condominium itself was very clean and secure. The apartment was very clean when we came and it has everything that we need. The bedroom was great for staying in, or for having a movie marathon. The balcony view was also great. Will visit this place again in the future.

The second time we stayed in the place of Maam Jo. Always superb experience. Ambiance are so refreshing and relaxing. Apakabango ng place ni Maam, complete even condiments. Looking forward to stay again Maam Jo 💕.

Leaving a review even though I was not able to stay here due to technical issues in booking. The best host I have communicated with so far! He was very understanding when the booking date was incorrect - helped all throughout the process. Though unfortunately didnt went through in the end, but chatting with him made the sad situation better.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, communication with Kristoffe was smooth, and it was a great experience
