We booked the premises and were looking forward to it. Leo and Justin were so incredibly response. Sadly, due to a family energency, we had no choice but to postpone with much sadness but Leo and Justin were just so incredibly understanding, friendly and just all round, amazing about everything. We are despwrate to get to visit their place soon.

An absolute treasure surrounded by pristine nature on your doorstep. The home is tastefully furnished, extremely comfortable with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, a ceiling to floor bookcase filled with wonder and excitement and the wraparound porch allows sun worshippers or shade seekers opportunity to spend every moment outside. The beds are super comfy, and each room showcases the astounding view. Unwind, relax and soak up the serenity.... the only challenge is that you'll not want to leave.

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. James was super nice. We were headed to the market for food and he offered to drop us off. On the way he showed us the neighborhood and gave us many local restaurant recommendations. He checked on us during our stay to make sure all was well. We went in the fall/winter time and wasn’t aware that most home don’t have central heating so at times the place is cold. James has solutions that help so we managed. Overall the place is beautiful and was a great place to stay during our trip to Johannesburg.

We had an amazing weekend in Clarens. Charlotte your home is beautiful and we loved to see the story of how the house has transformed over the years. The fact that we were only a few blocks from town and in easy walking distance was also a treat. We will be back. Colin

We had a wonderful family stay in the property. The property was spacious and ample bedrooms for all. We had everything we needed in the kitchen so cooking was a breeze. The house was clean and well appointed and the main bedroom was amazing. The uninterrupted views were spectacular, we unfortunately missed the Snow by one day. Simon was an amazing host before and during the stay, lines of communication are always open. Would highly recommend for a family stay

This was deep exhale from the rush of everyday life. We spent slow mornings listening to the ocean and quiet evenings watching the sun set over False Bay. Susan’s place is even better than imagined. It has a unique view of Clifton’s bay, very safe and private with 24/7 security. The decor is very charming and you feel right at home. Everything was clean, smelled great, bed and linen were comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and perfect to cook. Susan’s daughter Inge is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and will likely be coming again. Thank you for hosting us.

What a amazing Airbnb experience with Tacha! She welcomed me and we immediately felt like old friends. She gave me a ton of great tips. The house is just amazing, beautiful decor, comfy bed and bedsheets, the view is amazing some days I could smell the sea water! You can walk everywhere or get a uber it always like 5$ for a 10-15 min drive. You should definitely book it 👍🏽

I had a great stay at this place! It was very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which I really liked. The host was super helpful and friendly, always ready to give good suggestions and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife loved it. This is our second stay here and because of how centrally it is located, it is very convenient to walk to town.

We had a very nice stay at Dale's lovely apartment Both Dale and McDonald were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the magnificent views. We did find it a little cool but the wood fire helped to mitigate that.

We loved our stay at the Fairy Flycatcher. Sunsets here are pretty spectacular and we enjoyed spotting the guinea fowl in the garden. Monika is a great host, highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet escape.

Allen's home on Clifton beach was perfect for our family of 7. Unbelievable views of the beach with amazing windows to view from most every room. I could have stayed there a year. Amos, the in-house keeper, was amazing at the household duties and we enjoyed seeing him around the property. We will be back and we will recommend this amazing place.

A quiet luxury modern home on a hill. Just what we needed for traveling and intense work. A place to calm down and relax after work. Great views. Lovely area for walks. Every evening we enjoyed walking the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Great tips from the hosts for nice cafes in the neighbourhood. With the winter cold we enjoyed the combustion fire place and electric blankets on the beds. We enjoyed the wine and the thoughtful gesture of coffee and tea being present at welcome. Communication with host was nice and easy. We missed a bit of sun on the property due to many trees, especially in winter the sun is welcomed. The house feels very good and everything worked. We will definitely be back.

If you love nature and love design then this is the place for you . There is a sense of calm as soon as you walk through the gate and look through the incredibly well designed space toward the river . There are views everywhere and you immediately feel part of the wonderful natural reserve . The interior is a unique space with everything you need to feel part of a special place . Charlene is a truly responsive host . She is a wealth of knowledge about the animals in the area but more than that is an incredible host . It’s a privilege to stay at her property . Any stay will be truly special and highly highly recommended .

What an exceptional place! The house and view were even more beautiful than the pictures. The house had everything that we needed, and was well kitted out, with great fittings and furnishings. Tanya was very helpful, responsive and friendly. We felt right at home in the house and enjoyed the stay. The estate is very picturesque and has lovely walks to go on. Looking forward to coming back again!

If you don’t book this place every single time you get a chance, you are an idiot! Simone is the most wonderful person you will ever meet! Just make the reservation!!!!! You will leave this place completely a new person!!
