You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

One traditional “SIRMA” in which fishermen storage their boats for the winter. It's located into the fishermen village called Klima. Fully renovated (2019), with many traditional tips from its past. Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Blue Sea House

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

Maison Esperia

Built at a beautiful location in the picturesque village of Pollonia, Maison Esperia offers free, limitless sea view towards the Aegean sunset which will amaze you. The maisonette is only a few steps away from the center of the village. Built in 2020, it is an ideal choice for couples or families since it can accommodate up to 5 people.

Relax in this peaceful, elegant place. The house is 17 sqm but has all the comforts for a pleasant stay of two people. The view is wonderful! There is an outdoor mini pool 4 sq.m. There is no space for a crib or amenities for hosting a child (or infant). It is exclusively for 2 adults

Ergina's Boat House is a traditional house built in the sea front! It is a two storey building offering the very basic facilities. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the big door overlooking the sea water and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with the balcony.

The Yellow Boat House

The little fishing village known as Klima is located right on the waterfront quite close to the entrance of the huge natural harbour of Milos. The tiny hamlet is much admired for its little boat houses with their brightly painted doors and windows.
