Vacation rentals with beach access in Southbourne

The beach hut is a perfect retreat. It is beautifully kept and has a gorgeous private garden which goes right up to the water’s edge. It’s wonderfully located less than 5 minutes walk from the main Sandbanks beach and Rick Stein’s restaurant. The Studland chain ferry is also very close giving access to stunning Shell Bay and the wild National Trust beaches. Michele was very friendly & provided many thoughtful touches including her homemade lemon drizzle cake - sublime! I would love to return as it’s a perfect spot from which to explore this area or just to meditate on your bed with a sea view. Thanks Michele!

We had a great stay at Pam's place! It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a great location for exploring the local area and very private. The enclosed garden was great - especially as we were travelling with our two dogs - and the welcome pack was indeed very welcome. There was so much to see and do nearby, we struggled to fit it all in on this visit so we'll have to come back! Thank you for having us, Pam :)

Luke was a great host, very responsive to messages and clear instructions given for check in and parking. The place was very nice and quiet and within walking distance to lots of local amenities and the beach.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! Sebastian’s flat is in a perfect location. I chose it as my husband can’t walk long distances and everything was really nearby. No need to use the car if you want a break from driving. Beautifully comfortable, with lots of extras provided. We’ll be back! Thank you x

Stephen and Annette have a lovely home, we enjoyed our stay there over the Easter long weekend. The vibes were really cosy and they were generous with providing some snacks and breakfast items. Stephen even came over to help us figure out heating settings and was really friendly! The area was lovely and peaceful, with a big supermarket about 10-15 min walk away and a cosy cafe for breakfast just down the road. We were also able to get to Bournemouth town centre very easily with a 10-min drive and explored some great stretches of coast quite easily! We really loved our stay and would love to visit again :)

Had a lovely time close to the beach in Southbourne. Apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and is in walking distance to everything including beaches, shops and decent pubs to eat. Spotlessly clean and also had the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in when using Airbnb !!! and we have stayed at quite a few. Would not hesitate to book again when in area.

Our third visit to this well positioned and well kept property. When we first saw its position on an estate and as a terraced property we were worried about noise but we couldn't have been more wrong and found no disturbances apart from a little road noise at the back of the house. Very easy walk to several beaches and a convenient park close by to walk the dog on arrival and before leaving.

Caroline was most welcoming and hospitable. Her place was beautifully styled and immaculate, comfortable and more spacious than I thought it would be. Parking was also available close by. It was peaceful and only a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and 15 minutes to the beach. Thank you so much.

We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our stay, really spacious, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was great and the house was so close to the beach (less than 5 min walk). Aimee and Paul were really helpful and responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!

We enjoyed our stay again at this lovely house with amazing views. Looking forward to staying there again in August. A peaceful & relaxing place to stay.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Had a lovely stay with extended family over the May half term. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location for an easy walk down to the beach through Boscombe Chine (via the playground) and the bus into Bournemouth centre. We also took a little trip on a rainy afternoon to Science Zone just down the road, which had some sweet activities for science-loving kids and a couple of sensory rooms for the toddlers. Wiled away an hour or so there. Communication with the owners was good, with quick responses to the couple of queries we had. A lovely few days.

We have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the bolt hole. The house and location were just perfect and exactly what we needed for our two young energetic boys and dog. We spent plenty of time in the stunning garden and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you so much Claire and Buster for making us feel so welcome and especially for allowing us to meet all of the animals. Freddie and Bertie will keep these memories for life and they are already missing playing with the dogs ( especially Fred ) and saying hello to Bernard every morning through the gate. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

We absolutely loved Carl,s annex. It is in a great location and it had everything we needed. Perfect for visiting Christchurch and the New Forest . Carl is an excellent host and communication was excellent. Cannot wait to go back !

A gorgeous flat with a sea view and lots of space. An easy walk to the beach. It has its own parking space. Felt very safe, peaceful and quiet. Extremely comfortable bed.

Really well situated, extremely easy check in and check out, and Chloe was responsive throughout. Really clean and everything you would need in the flat!

I had a great stay in Rebecca’s flat. It’s clean and tidy and well stocked with all you could need for short and longer stays and with some lovely, complimentary goodies. The flat has its own dedicated parking space and the location offers easy access to local shops, cafes and restaurants and is within good access to the beach. Rebecca was flexible in amending my stay duration which I appreciated, thank you.

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

Claire's apartment was lovely with beautiful views of the sea! All three of the bedrooms were huge with really comfy beds, our children loved the toy box and my daughter was particularly fond of a cushion with seagulls on it :) It was so great to have all the extras for staying with a baby and young children, including next-to-me cot, highchair, children's toilet seat and step and tableware. We loved the location, perfect for both a short walk to Alum Chine beach and a quick drive to Bournemouth Pier and the Aquarium. My daughter asked if we could come back every Father's Day! :D x

Sam's place was beautiful. My friends and I loved every moment at her place! The location and view is stunning, just a few minutes away from the beach and many other great spots. The apartment is so peaceful and spacious and the perfect place to wind down and relax. A perfect stay, we can't wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay, the apartment is beautiful and in such an amazing location. Our kids loved being able to walk to the beach and playground, and we loved having a great coffee shop 30 seconds away. The living room was great for a slump on the sofa after a busy day. Parking at the pub worked well. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely stay at Kathryn's flat. Myself and my two small boys spent 2 days here over half term and we had an amazing time. We found parking directly outside, we didn't need to move the car for our whole stay, everything was walking distance. Beach, restraunts, Pier, parks, cinema etc. The flat had all the amenities we needed and it was like a home away from home. I will be sure ti book again next year! Sash
