Only 20 minutes walk from centre or 10 by car, also walking distance from Escadaria Selaron (very tourist place). The place has amazing views from the swimming pool I was able to see the sunrise and the sunset every day. With local shops all around the building if you’re like me that like to stay and cook some times, if not there’s a lot of restaurants that you can find in the area. I had an amazing experience staying at Emilia’s place. 100% recommended.

The apartment was very nice and clean, with everything we needed. The location was great if you plan to use the public transportation. Easy access to santos dumont, the tram, and the metro. Great for exploring the centro district walking, with some decent food nearby. We had appointments with the US Consulate and the CASV while we were staying. You can easily walk to the consulate and 2 stops on the tram you can be at Santos Dumont (where the CASV was located) The store at the bottom was convenient, the building is nice with 24/7 reception and security and many more amenities. Overall great experience especially if you have business in the Centro district. I would stay again!

Was a great choice. Beautiful inside and clean. View to ocean was spectacular. Very good air conditioning and plenty of hot water. If I ever come back this will be my first choice.

The space is excellent, cozy, efficient and very well used. When using the space, I kept thinking about how happy the creators of the apartment project were to take advantage of all the space. It has more than what is necessary for a good stay. Highlights for the very good gas shower; the efficient air conditioning; the safe system for removing the keys; the location. Sometimes I'm afraid to rate so well because I run the risk of never having availability again, because the competition for future rentals will be great. But it's worth praising. The space corresponds to the photos of the ad. Clean and well equiped place. Igor is totally available to resolve and answer any questions, before and after check-in. Very good location. Close to the subway, there is a lot of shopping around. Comfortable and very cozy space. I'll be back more often.

A very comfortable apartment on the 31st floor, which allows for very nice views of the city. It has furniture, appliances and utensils that are very useful for travelers. The terrace is very nice and the pool is phenomenal, heated and large. The location is excellent, some nearby places are the Museum of Tomorrow, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, just to mention the closest but by Uber you can quickly get to many other places in less than 10 min. Eliane was always attentive, responded quickly and maintained good communication at all times. This apartment, which is in the heart of this great and beautiful city, is highly recommended.

Wonderful stay, very helpful and great location!

It was a great stay, the condominium is excellent, I highly recommend it for those looking for tranquility and practicality, it was easy to access, it is safe, it has everything you need and Sergio was a great host. The beach is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet for walking, places with good value for money, pharmacy. The view from the apartment is beautiful, facing the beach. It is close to Reserva Beach (10 minutes by bike from Itaú, which is next door), which is surreal in its beauty!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and efficient management. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.

This was a great stay. Would definitely stay again. The rooms, pool and yard were beautiful too. It is a little bit away from all the things happening for carnival but only 10/15 min and uber is so cheap that it was absolutely perfect. Being able to be in carnival chaos and get away to peace and quiet was amazing actually. Especially compared with hotels or other Airbnb options 100% would recommend!

Great stay! Matt was super helpful and accommodating, even through our accidentals. There was more than enough space for the 9 people that stayed in the home. We loved the authenticity and views the house had to offer. We felt safe and secure at all times. the house is on a mountain so there aren’t any stores or restaurants walking distance but Ubers are super cheap! This is a great house for someone that just wants a beautiful nature retreat. The house could have used a deep clean & there were bugs that found their way in, but we knew were in the jungle so we brought raid! Overall we had a great stay & would recommend for sure 👍🏾

We loved our stay at Sérgio's place! I went with friends and the house perfectly met our needs — comfortable, well-equipped and in great condition. The location was also a strong point: being close to the subway station made it a lot easier and allowed us to access the entire city with ease. Sérgio was very attentive, gave us great tips about Rio and has a high spirit that makes everything lighter. We hope to come back again!

Beautiful home and hostess, high ceilings and unique space made for a beautiful stay

The house is a dream! The architecture mixes with the nature of the surrounding garden, it is even more beautiful in person. The region, although away from many points of Rio, is of an unparalleled peace and privacy! My friends and I spent 2 days at the house and enjoyed it all! We only miss spices to have a barbecue, nothing that would compromise the experience, but here's the tip for the owner, a little salt of nothing would work for us haha, but again, note 10!
