Vacation rentals with a home theater in South Zone

Our stay at Joao's was spectacular. We stayed 13 days and we felt super comfortable. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need when cooking. The view is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. Joao was always ready to solve whatever we needed. We recommend staying there, we will surely be back 🫶🏼

The apartment is equipped and very well located, close to the market, restaurants, bars, shopping, everything is very close. The view is incredible. The host is friendly and approachable. But the apartment needs maintenance, some points that did not affect my stay but deserve attention to increase comfort: wall covering peeling, door stopper falling, bathroom faucet without pressure (little water), smell of humidity and bathroom ceiling stained with humidity already with a hole.

The accommodation is beautiful and very comfortable, it has everything you need for a sensational stay! The host is very nice and is always available to assist, which made all the difference.

Wonderful place! The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful, silent and extremely safe. Anya is very friendly, whenever I needed, she replied very fast. On my next trip to Rio, this is will be my first choice.

Extremely proactive host, responded to everything with great agility, understanding, polite, kind, given ALL the necessary directions and instructions, and more. The space is exactly like the images, high quality bed and bath linens. The condominium is excellent, complete, family, staff of the building are very polite and receptive, including visitors. On the ground floor for insurance, impeccable cleaning, monitored swimming pool, gym, toy library, living area good for children. On the ground floor has several shops and services, such as pharmacy, grocery, pet, bakery, pizzeria and the surroundings are very quiet, many children, pet, families walk in the late afternoon. I was delighted with the condominium, apartment and with the Host, even extended my stay.

The stay at Manu's apartment was great. The apartment is comfy and very well located. There is a huge variety of restaurants and bars around and the subway is practically right there, so mobility is very good too. Flexible check-in was an important differential and I will certainly consider returning to the apartment on my next visits to Rio :)

The apartment is extremely cozy, described exactly as it is. The extremely proactive and polite hostess made our check-in more flexible and answered all our questions.

So, the issue with the gps was Air B and Bs fault. I’m sure now you will have the address correct. We arrived in this magnificent house and were immediately greeted by a samba parade passing by. The views are very beautiful. And the colonial architecture is impressive. What stands out is the amenities. And the design of the house. The interior is just perfectly boho modern. Plenty of new towels. Bars of soap, new hand soap. Coffee, tea, eggs. Even Alcohol 🥃. Were offered to us. (Amazing) the house was well cleaned and smelled good. The host was warm and welcoming. Air conditioned rooms throughout. Nice comfortable beds. Every attention to detail was considered. I’m sure this will be a place I return to again and again. It made my stay in Rio that much more of a well rounded experience. Staying in someone’s home you really get to know the country and how people live. That’s important to me. I’m a percussionist and I’ve been coming to Brazil since 2001. By far one of the best places.

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. I hit the lottery with staying at this location because it fulfilled all my expectations and more!! Friendly island and great vibe!!

Eduardo welcomed us very well and gave us all the instructions we needed, Tamara was wonderful, leaving everything prepared for us. The place is cozy, with a very nice kitchen area as well. Quiet area and it fit my whole family. I really recommend it. I hope to return on another occasion!

Great house, extremely clean , without that common mildew smell in Airbnb homes, unique location, a few meters from the bar beach and at the same time in a great silence , high-end condominium in the noble zone of the Tijuca, would definitely return.

It was 3 spectacular days, the house has a very strategic position in relation to the Centro do RJ and the Metrô and VLT, super easy to access and move around Rio de Janeiro. The house has a lot of infrastructure , comfort, this complete kitchen towels and bedding, sofa and very comfortable beds and even a swimming pool in Lage, I simply loved the house, it was an amazing and comfortable experience, I lived memories there that I will keep forever in my heart. The view from the slab is spectacular beyond the comfort of the environment, and on top of it had toys in the house and several very useful tools for cooking. Regarding the service of Fernanda and Loran are 10, they were super receptive and attentive since flexible check out until doubts in the contacts before the trip, they are super friendly and receptive, guided us through the house and explained well the rules of the environment. I am grateful to the 2 for offering such a perfect and comfortable home in every detail.

The place has several shops in the vicinity and is super nice. Also, Eliane welcomed us super well!!

Marize is simply an excellent host. Always answered us super quickly and very clearly, helping us a lot to know about the surroundings and places to go. The villa is excellent, close to a few restaurants and beach view. I thought it was sensational. I highly recommend it.

Bianca was very helpful and polite. He was always available for any questions, even at night. Nice, airy, well-equipped and pleasant apartment. It is really in front of the central river, and it is possible to get there on foot.

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! Your stay with Rita was amazing. I loved every detail of the apartment and of the condominium. It had everything we needed, even a hairdresser in the bathroom. The frozen filtered water in the fridge, among other things, made me love it.

Alberto was an extremely flexible and attentive host. We felt at home, my baby loved the space in the apartment, which was impeccable, they were very zealous with our stay. We will definitely be booking with Alberto again on our next trips to Rio.
