Bright Hillside Studio with Leafy Gardens

Brew some coffee and step out into a tiered hillside garden and have a seat on deck patio of this enchanting hideaway. Charming interiors feature terra-cotta tile floors, eclectic artworks, and traditional furnishings, forging a laid-back atmosphere. Check out the Accessibility pictures for the lay of the land! Note: the TV is an Apple TV to be used with your subscriptions. The studio is the entire bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Laundry and Apple TV available upon request. Garden space and access is shared. Enjoy the deck and outdoor dining and lounging facilities as well as a gorgeous sunset view of LA. The entire bottom floor of the house is yours. Garden access is shared, as are the laundry machines in the main house. We are available at all times by phone, text or email. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.

Our comfy studio guesthouse is nestled under a beautiful oak tree. Walking distance to Pasadena's vibrant, bustling Playhouse District. Free WiFi, TV (Prime and Netflix), and convenient on-site parking. Enjoy the shared patio with sofas. We have a microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, tea kettle, countertop burners, toaster oven, and fridge. However, we had to remove the kitchen sink, so we provide both hard dishes and disposable dishes, in case you don't want to have to wash them in the bathroom.

Beautiful stand alone guest home. Full kitchen with dishes/ cookware. Amazing natural lighting. Comfortable queen bed. Nice backyard. Sitting room with comfy chairs. Central A/C and heat. Very safe neighborhood. Please NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY Located 8 minute walk or 0.4 mile from the Metro Gold Line South Pasadena stop for easy access into Pasadena (Rose Bowl or Old Town) or into downtown LA (DTLA). 10 miles drive from Dodger's stadium. Trader Joes is 1 block away.

The studio unit is on beautiful bungalow-lined street, it’s clean, upscale, and peaceful in a serene backyard setting. NON-SMOKERS only. There's a wet-bar (NO kitchen, no hot plate & no cooking) with a microwave, mini-fridge, and filtered drinking water. Large flat-screen TV, a/c & heat, luxury Split, Firm, king size Tempurpedic bed. NO pets or young children. Although Airbnb has a policy of not disallowing service animals, I respectfully suggest you consider different accommodations.

My Cozy Hideaway is close to Eaton Canyon. The name says it all: the studio apartment is nestled beneath a 100-year old pine tree in a quiet neighborhood. If you like succulents, you'll enjoy my gardens. The backyard has a gas barbecue grill and several eating & sitting areas. It is good for couples or business travelers. It features a single bedroom with California King bed, a living room with a full-size pullout sofa. There's an additional twin bed in the back area, so we can easily host 4 people!
