New timbered house from 2023 with a beautiful view. 2km from Pernštejn Castle, 25km from New Town in Moravia (Town Baths, Harusův Hill ski chairlift, Vysočina Arena with cross-country trails ), 15km from the western town of Šiklův Mlýn. In the wider area also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Nine Rock, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails.
