Please note our base rate is for 2 guests with access to 1 bedroom only (upstairs super king bed). The second bedroom (downstairs queen bed) will be locked. If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 people, please adjust the number of guests to 3 adults (selecting infants/children does not open the room as there is no charge for their stay) We are situated directly next door to Morpeth’s historical River Royal pub which offers a quiet atmosphere mid week and a social evening Fri/Sat (closes at 11pm)

The property is just a 15 minute drive to Maitland and 50 minutes from the Hunter Valley. Very modern brand new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property with all the mod cons including wood fire for those cold winter nights this property is situated on 150 acres of farmland. Olive Lane is within walking distance to restaurants, cellar doors and a day spa. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery over the vineyards, olive groves and Brokenback Range. Wake up with the view of hot air balloons, kangaroos and bird life, and in the evening enjoy captivating sunsets while sipping a glass of Hunter Valley wine. The apartment is completely private and self contained with your own entry and parking.

Mindaribba Cottage

A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
