We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and clean. It was very close to the downtown area, which made its location ideal.

Beautiful! Clean upon entry. Each bed was made and didn’t have white sheets! It felt like a home away from home and not someone else’s. It was a great place for us to gather and come back to after an outing. Definitely booking again in the future!

Tom and Mary were incredible hosts! I feel like we hit the jackpot with this booking. The views were breathtaking, the hot tub was relaxing, and Tom's breakfast was incredible! We never had a want or need that wasn't already anticipated by our hosts, and they were so easy to talk to and get along with. I will definitely book here again.

Absolutely beautiful place. We loved watching the stars at night, both outside AND inside. Stargazing from the warmth of the cabin was lovely! The location is superb if you’re looking to explore Spearfish Canyon!

Absolutely loved Tom's home, very easy communication and in a great location next to the lake. Tom's wife took a real interest in me and the breakfast (pancakes, sausage fruit and coffee) was delicious.

This place was absolutely perfect in all things possible. All of the elements Chris has brought together make for a first-class place to stay in this area. We used this as our home base to travel all over the place for six days and loved every minute, but especially when we could return to the comfort and peace of this home. When you can wake up and look out your front window and see George Washington gleaming in the sunlight....it really doesn't get much better than that.

Can’t say enough about the hosts. They were fantastic to talk with and very pleasant. It’s a beautiful place in very close proximity to deadwood.
