Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

The charming waterfront home is directly across the street from a small private beach. Perfect area for families with young children. Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.
