Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in South Kensington, Greater London

We enjoyed 2 lovely nights in Leah’s fabulous flat. It’s a beautifully decorated and stylish space with plenty of room and a fabulous outdoor terrace which is always a bonus in London. Easily walkable from westbourne Park tube station even with bags and close to Notting Hill and Little Venice and shops close by for food / supplies. We had everything we needed and more and really appreciated the welcome tray with tea/ coffee/ snacks and freshly baked cookies. We particularly appreciated the host allowing us to check out a couple of hours later than usual and we certainly intend to book this lovely flat again. Would highly recommend.

Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient for our group. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better, as it's located along a street and traffic noise can be heard. Also, the windows can't be opened for ventilation, but since it's on the ground floor, it's understandable. Overall, a great stay and would recommend!

Great location close to Clapham Common. We did not use the wet room, but the bath was fine. The stairs to the top room are very narrow. Paul warned us about construction and left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. We were not too bothered by it. We contacted Paul about the microwave, which wasn't working, and he replaced it within 24 hours. Generally a good experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah's house. The location is the best - close enough to everything to walk everywhere very easily, but on a quiet street away from the noise. The South Kensington tube station is a short walk away and has 3 lines that get you most places you want to go. Sarah went out of her way to accomodate us - allowing flexible check in/out for our family to maximize our visit. She responded immediately to any questions we had and provided great area recommendations in case we needed them. It was a very comfortable stay for our family of 4!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Notting Hill. We traveled as a family with our 3- and 1-year-old boys. The home was pristine—stylish, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, housekeeping was excellent, and the TV den served as the perfect play area for the kids. We also really appreciated the skylights, which filled the home with natural light and created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location was private and quiet despite being close to two tube stations, three grocery stores, and a variety of shops and restaurants. We especially loved that we could easily walk to Hyde Park, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our kids. With easy access to everything, incredible cleanliness and service, and family-friendly touches (baby gates, pack n play), this was truly an ideal place for traveling with your family.

We had a great stay in Sarah’s place. Its a quiet area and near to 2 tube stations, restaurants and grocery stores. Sarah provided us flowers and quality amenities around the house which was wonderful. The main room with bathroom ensuite is the biggest and my parents had wonderful time staying in the room. The place is smaller though than i imagine and a bit cramp for 6 adults. As we are travelling from overseas, brought 8 big luggages with us and staying for 11 nites, it was a bit struggle to store the bags as the 2 other rooms are small and cant put any bags in the room. Only beds and a small cabinets fit in the room. Overall, we had a good stay. Sarah was also responsive and quick response to our questions.

Our family of five had a great time at Jo’s. Their Earls Court Square apartment was well-appointed, in a great location that was quiet but not too far off from the Main Street and the tube stop. I would stay at Jo’s again!

The flat was located on a quiet tree-lined street a block away from restaurants, two blocks from the train station. The flat was good-sized and well-appointed with towels, sheets, closets, dresser...Two things we could have used are a throw blanket on the couch for evenings when watching TV and written directions in how to use the washer/dryer. We loved staying in your flat.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

We’ve just come back from spending three nights at Clare’s place. It was actually even nicer than the photos show. It’s obvious Clare loves what she does with little extra details. We brought our dog and Clare was so kind to leave some treats for her. I honestly would love to call her little flat my own and of course tell no one how wonderful it is. We hope to be back.

Shane’s Notting Hill home is beautifully designed, comfortable and functional. Four of us stayed a week here and enjoyed spending our downtime in these lovely spaces. The outside terrace is a pleasant bonus. There is so much thoughtful storage that our things were easy to keep organized and out of sight. The location is great for enjoying Notting Hill and although busy Portobello Road is steps away the flat is very peaceful. Two nearby tube stops give easy access to whereever in London you want to go. Next time we find our selves heading to London we will be certain to see if Shane’s home is available.

Truly wonderful location - we walked EVERYWHERE .... Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Little Venice, Regent's Canal, Camden, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Mayfair .... A very easy commute from Heathrow to the apartment on the Elizabeth Line, alighting at Paddington Station with only a short walk then to the apartment. Ivo & Ann-Mari have thought of EVERYTHING, so the apartment was perfectly appointed - bed was super comfortable plus we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine, REAL milk to make a cuppa (so very often not provided) and crumpets and jam for a snack - delicious ! We would like to also acknowledge their kind understanding and calmness when we realised we were 1 day short with our original booking and needed to stay 1 more night at very short notice ! A big thank you again Ann-Mari !

This flat was perfect for us — five minutes from a Tube station (easy access from Heathrow; easy access to pretty much anywhere we wanted to get to in London); less that five minutes from a bus stop; neighborhood outposts for basic grocery needs; a great selection of restaurants. For a city flat, a surprisingly quiet respite at the end of every busy day. Special bonus is proximity to a lovely green space in South Kensington (Brompton Cemetery) with a nice cafe for an early morning flat white and toastie. Federica was quite accommodating when we needed to drop off bags unexpectedly early upon arrival. We would return to this flat, without question. A great outpost for exploring one of the great cities of the world.

This apartment was wonderful. Very clean and quiet!! We enjoyed the quiet street and the lovely neighborhood very much. The apartment was very close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the trains! We were able to check in early which we really appreciated because our cruise ship arrived in a Southampton very early. I definitely want to come back to London and will stay here again. We didn’t drink the free bottle of wine but appreciated the gesture. We actually planned to but by the time we got back to the apartment each night we were full! Thank you Mary Ann and Dal for your hospitality!

We loved our stay in this very light and cheerful flat between Kensington High Street and Earls Court tube station. The location is ideal for public transport as well as shopping and walking in Holland Park. The amenities were first class. The host’s response was instant. The extra touch of flower pots made it very welcoming. We hope to return!

Really enjoyed the flat and made the weekend for myself and my girlfriend, really come together and it was a lovely place to stay. Thomas helped with whatever i needed and was really friendly.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Luka’s place was great and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for two people. Would have also been comfortable with one more person. The instructions for check in were easy to follow and the pictures really helped us figure out how to get the keys. It’s walkable to tons of restaurants, grocery store and the tube and buses. We felt safe walking around, even late at night. Luka was very responsive alto any questions we had and provided local recommendations which I always appreciate when traveling. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a comfortable spot that is walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transportation.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and central location. Great access to public transport and also very walkable. An excellent place to stay if you want a few more creature comforts than are usually offered at hotels, and still in an accessible location. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Henri’s flat in London! The flat is beautiful, homey, and was the perfect size for our family of three. It is a short walk from Paddington Station, Hyde Park, and plenty of great restaurants which made exploring made it incredibly convenient. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the space had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Henri was an exceptional host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We’re looking forward to booking again on our next trip to London!
