Being pet friendly with the garage for security are great assets to this space, and the downtown location can not be beat.

Lovely 3 bedroom self-contained suite on the upper level of the home. Smart TV in each bedroom so that everyone has their own space. The deck is available for use with a BBQ, however there is no back yard access as the homeowner’s dog is in their suite below.
