Vacation rentals with beach access in South Historic District, Savannah

I travel to Tybee about once a month for business. I have been a guest at this location for roughly a year and a half. It has truly become my home away from home. Excellent location, plenty to do and eat all around you. Everywhere is just a couple minutes walk. A comfy and relaxing place for a couples vacation in Tybee. We WILL be back!

This was our second stay with Sara. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Sara is an amazing host and the space is delightful. They even have a Nespresso machine with Starbucks pods. It’s an added bonus. The apartment is immaculately clean and well appointed you will want for nothing when you stay there. It’s in a prime location, great parking, and very walkable to shops, bars, and restaurants. It is literally 50 yards from the beach, making it one of the best locations on Tybee. We cannot wait to stay again.

This is a perfect spot to stay in Tybee Island. Everything was walkable or bikeable. Linda greeted me and showed me around the airbnb and was super friendly! I highly recommend!

Hosts were very nice and friendly. The condo was cute and tidy. Felt like a home but fresh and unoccupied. The beach access is right there, with an outdoor shower and hose. The beach itself is very beautiful especially at sunset. Dolphins were everywhere.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Easy walking access to the beach and the pool. Convenient driving to multiple stores and restaurants. Owner very convenient to reach by phone.

Our stay at this historic and beautiful loft in downtown Savannah was absolutely fantastic, truly an awesome location! We were a group of six adults, three couples, and we were thrilled that each couple had their own private bedroom, which made for a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The location is unbeatable – everything is within walking distance. Once we parked our cars, we didn't need to use them again for our entire trip! It's worth noting that this loft is situated above restaurants that stay open until 2 AM, so the area does remain active at night. However, each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a fan, which was a great help if you wanted to go to sleep earlier and needed a little white noise. We highly recommend this loft for anyone looking to experience the heart of Savannah. We will definitely be back!

Hands down one of the best airbnbs on the app. No complaints at all. Everything on the listing is the same in person. They have every essential needed for your stay to be perfect. Very clean and very nice. Now the property it self was great but our host was even better. We needed an extra comforter and she offered to bring it over at 1 in the morning. We didn’t make her do that but she did bring it over the next morning brand new and then offered to take us to lunch for the inconvenience. You’re not going to get any better hospitality than that.

All who have stayed here say the same thing, and its so true, you can not beat the location! Location the beach, to the pier, to shopping, to food and drink! Very roomy home, lots of outside space, we didn't experience any rowdy vacationers in the adjacent buildings, all was quiet, will definately be back. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Our stay at this duplex retreat truly exceeded our expectations! We were a group of six adults (three couples), and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The amenities were fantastic. We especially enjoyed being able to cook steaks on the propane grill, which was a huge plus. The location couldn't have been better – it was a short walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. We also greatly appreciated the great garage parking on the property; we didn't need to use our vehicles at all during our stay. Tim was a wonderful host throughout our visit. His quick responses to any questions we had were incredibly helpful, and we were so grateful for his hospitality. We highly recommend this property and can confidently say, we'll be back!

It's a great spot, especially if you have kids! Lots of toys and books that my son enjoyed. Plenty of towels and all the things you need for the beach - a big shade, chairs, wagon, etc. We had such a fun time. Thanks!

This place was awesome!! Great area to stay in with lots to do! The place was amazing and spotless.

Clean and tidy 3 bedroom with 1.5 baths. Minimal clutter. More than ample amenities with everything you need! He even provided coffee, laundry detergent etc. 5 stars Only downfall is that it is directly next to a gas station, though fences are high with locks!

Limited view of the beach, but it was ocean front and easy to get to the beach. As described, it was on the Savanna River side of the island, so no waves except from passing boats and cargo ships. I loved sitting out in the high top chairs on the balcony having my morning coffee. We also enjoyed the pool late afternoon after the children were gone. Overall a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed the one afternoon that we drove to the main part of the island.

Rhonda’s place was perfect for our mother-son getaway. We loved the easy beach access. It was quiet. Great location to explore Tybee and Savannah!

We had a nice stay at Dana's condo. Everything we needed was there. The beach was not crowded and watching the shrimp boats and barges was neat. The sunrises, sunsets and dolphins were my favorite.

Being two people who work very stressful and difficult jobs as a cop and a child protective service worker this vacation was much needed for our mental health and the fact that everything we needed was already available for us with staying in this beautiful condo, made this vacation even more stress free on top of the beautiful views and easy access to the beach with great weather and not a lot of people surrounding us. We really enjoyed our stay. Beach access was great! The pool looked wonderful. The place was beautiful and very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and very quiet. We couldn't hear anything in the hallway or from other units. Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location for a low key long weekend stay, beach was easily accessible to the condo and the balcony provided a great place to watch the dolphins and sunset. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, perfect beach set-up. THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED EVER and plenty of room for the two of us to relax. Thank you Kristina for a great stay

Lovely place. Very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. So nice to have the large covered deck to sit on as it rained the majority of our stay.
