Vacation rentals with a patio in South Hill

This past stay at Jeanette and Sam's lovely apartment was our 4th time staying with them and we hope to return there during our next visit to Puyallup. They are the best hosts always available to help if needed. Their place is always clean, welcoming and comfortable with a magnificent view of Mt. Rainier! We love staying there and highly recommend it to others.

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

Really great spot, perfect for two! The patio gives a beautiful sunset view. Instructions were super clear and host was responsive when we needed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here! The apt is so nicely decorated with almost every amenity that you would need for a long or short stay. Decent size rooms, bathrooms, open kitchen floor plan to a good size living room with a balcony. Can’t go without mentioning the huge bathtubs !!!The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe and for two travel nursing gals that was very important to us. wish we could’ve stayed at this location longer and if we take a contract out here again I so hope I’ll be able to book this place again. Also Nichole & Karie were absolutely amazing and so helpful with anything that we needed!

Good location to be able to get around and take care of what I had to do and Andrew was very responsive in answering all questions I had and helping to accommodate my groups needs. Would definitely stay at Andrew’s place again.

We lived our stay! Great location in west Seattle, easy to get to your typical tourist activities. The space was great, spacious and had everything you need and more! Try accommodating with my 9 month old, we appreciated all the necessary baby supplies and toys! Easy check in, and included parking, which we loved! Also! A cute park down the street if you’re traveling with kiddos :)

Our stay was absolutely awesome! Though the house was exactly as described, it seemed much much more. It was clean and laid out beautifully. I am so glad we chose this house to spend our short vacation and will definitely look into returning.

Very beautiful space! Very cozy and welcoming. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen, very nice bathroom, and a cozy bed ! Hosts were accommodating and communicative, and Oscar Jones was a delight!

Sarah was friendly, and responsive. She was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. She provided snacks and toiletries. I definitely highly recommend Sarah and this home. Just lovely!

The inside is great, and the outside is even better! We spent a lot of time by the fire pit, and loved exploring the trails. Extremely comfortable and quiet, with a friendly, helpful host.

We had a great experience at Andrew’s house in Bonney Lake. House is very comfortable and clean and Andrew extremely kind and responsive. The neighborhood is very nice and feels really safe. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. Very quiet and peaceful. Living room/kitchen has an amazing view! Everything was extremely clean. Gail provided great instructions with how to get in the house and provided pictures also. She was a great host and I can’t wait to stay here again when we come back to the area!

House perfectly suited our needs for a girls trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and felt right at home. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and enjoyed the hot tub + smores with the gas fire pit!

I loved this place! It was spotless and felt serene as soon as I walked in. I don’t think I ever heard a single neighbor, and the view was beautiful… I felt right at home. Second time staying here. House is nice, neighborhood is safe and has all the amenities you could need.

We were in town for a week and were perfectly comfortable in this unit. The condo was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of dishes, pots, pans and everything you might need to bake or cook. There are many thoughtful additions as well. Keurig coffee pods, water dispenser, paper products, hand soaps, hair dryer. Location is blocks from Lake Sammamish State Park, minutes from Costco Corporate, and easy access to I90 if you’re heading to Bellevue or Seattle. Plenty of restaurants, grocery options and shopping are nearby. A personal suggestion would be for some nice comfy chairs for the balcony. Danielle was great as a host and welcomed us at check in. She answered any and all questions we had and welcomed our elderly dog as well. We love the Seattle area and this is a great option for a home away from home.
