This stay was absolutely incredible! The property was even better than the photos, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had everything I could possibly need. The hosts truly went above and beyond to take care of me. From check-in to check-out, they were kind, responsive nd genuinely welcoming. I felt completely at home the entire time. This place is a gem and the hosts are simply splendid.

A great place! Kapil helped me sort a driver for my mum (who was nervous coming to India to meet us on her own). The flat was great and was a lovely place to chill out and relax. Highly recommend!

The place was as described in the pictures and detailed description. Our caretakers Rubel was very prompt with the requests or issues. Wi-Fi was giving issues in the initial one day due to heavy rainfall and stormy weather but Rubel sorted that out with another connection. Overall hygiene and cleaniness was amazing. House amenities are all well maintained. The balcony view was great and really comfortable to sit especially on the oval swing.

Mr Bharat is an extremely helpful person, always available on phone. Any problem, any where, when contacted, he is always responsive. Would like to recommend everyone to stay in his place. Restaurants are very near by and beach is also in walkable distance. Rooms are very spacious and we felt like home.

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.

Super easy check in to begin with. At first glance from the photos the place looked smaller but perfect for our family of 4. It's literally 100metres or something from the beach and it's a very calm and peaceful place to stay. The house was spotless clean all arrangements made and available. Thw swimming pool had a bit too much clorine and could feel it in your mouth while swimming just that one thing to be noted but yeah. Dr ransley hope you had a good time hosting us as we loved spending time in your space a value for money space I would say and can't wait to visit it again.

It's an Awesome experience staying at Angads Casa Gracia, It's exceeded than our expectations and villa is very well maintained in good community. care taker Binod is very helpful assisting us and provided everything what we ask on time and always available in touch. As everything was inplace in Villa itself and provided each and everything and we don't even got a chance to reach Angad at all and care taker Binod take cares everything before even we ask. I definitely recommend staying in Angad's Villa and felt sad leaving this place and looking forward to stay again when we visit Goa.

The villa was as is in the picture. Beautiful and clean. However, there were a few electricity issues, which err proactively resolved by the hosts. Example: no hot water for a shower or the hot tub. Overall, good experience.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

Very well maintained place with all necessary amenities at hand. The old house feel with all present day requirements are excellently taken care of. Regular cleaning service is available at an absolutely reasonable fees The few requirements which were communicated was also promptly handled by Lincoln. Overall a very homely stay. Daily essentials in terms of grocery and toiletries is a pleasant 10 minutes walk or a 2 min bike ride. Anjona bakery nearby serves authentic Goan snacks and excellent breakfast options. The place was great, beautifully located inside a secure society, had all the amenities required. The host as well as the security gaurd were really helpful.
