We had an amazing stay! so comfy and cozy! Very clean! highly recommended for those who want something quiet. I would definitely stay here again :)

What I loved: Pleasantview is almost suburban, but transit is easy and efficient. There is a nice Italian market around the corner. It's really clean. Two bathrooms. Laundry on site. They were responsive (I had two very minimal issues they solved immediately). It is mostly in the basement, but the ceilings are really high. Great value for money. What I did not love: I got the sense the hosts have multiple properties and get them mixed up. They asked to push the check in by 1 - 2 hours with very little notice (I ended up having to shower and get ready for an event while the clearners were still there). The beds have weird mattresses and one of them really droops. The couch in the TV room is not comfortable. This is a weird complaint, but the bath towels are made of a weird microfibre material that feels weird on the skin. I used the smaller face cloths to dry myself off. I would absolutely stay there again, but I will bring my own towels. Go Oilers!
