it is very centrally-located, its a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with large comfortable corner couch and air mattress if required. every conceivable amenity is within 2 minutes walk. a myriad of restaurants and bars in this highly gentrified area of Old Dublin. minutes walk from the Jameson distillery and a 10-minute walk to the Guinness storehouse. this south-facing apartment is great to enjoy the beauty of old Dublin's rooftops. no task lists no worries

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Supermarket, cafe, restaurants and pubs within 1 minute walk. Parks within ten minute walk. Bus to city centre right outside. 20 min bus journey to city at weekends. Spacious garden with play zone and trampoline for kids and comfortable seating and fire pit area for the adults.
