Great space to completely relax and let the ocean take you away. We did see dolphins daily and that right there was a magical treat! The home was extremely clean and equipped with everything and more! Nice local shops and restaurants. We liked that the local beaches were not crowded. Fish tacos, yum (Encinitas Fish Shop was our fav)! Yes, there are stairs, but they were not bad and only to get to the unit. We would love love to revisit this delightful home again and highly recommend.

Loved our staycation at this adorable beach house! Location could not have been better - just a couple blocks from beach access and also super close to restaurants, shops and bars. The house is very cute and was just the right size for our little family of four. The kitchen is well stocked including a French press and keurig. It was also nice having both a front and back yard. Our dog and toddler both thoroughly enjoyed this protected outdoor space. Hosts are also fantastic and were incredibly responsive and generous, including when we embarrassingly locked ourselves out of the house. Highly recommend and would book again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! It was such a cute little beach house. Small home but the layout and lack of clutter made it feel bigger and functional. It was the perfect location for easily walking to the beach or dining near the pier. We would definitely stay again!

10 and her partner were great at hosting us while we stayed in Carlsbad we enjoyed the view the walk to the beach the game room they went above and beyond by getting my child some snacks and a pizza so it would be there when we arrived this was amazing which was amazing when traveling with kids will be back to stay

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

Place was perfect for what we needed. Within walking distance to the beach and easily can walk right into town. Clean and comfortable would definitely stay again! Host was also very responsive. Thanks again 😊

Budd and Matt were very responsive, provided great local recommendations and their place was perfect for our few day stay in San Diego! The neighborhood was gorgeous and very dog friendly. Highly recommend for a San Diego stay.

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend at Ricardo's place. The location is fantastic, just close enough to the beach without being in the fray of beach traffic. The private fenced in yard with the hot tub was also very nice! Kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Also, the parking was extremely nice to have, fenced in, not on the street. This is a great place, we will keep an eye out for other weekends.

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

the location of this property is magnificent, Just being able to hear the waves at night was soothing . Worth every dollar I say ! , Walking distance to the harbor and pier, assigned parking,The beach is very close , My family enjoyed Oceanside and the property, clean and spacious. Restaurants and shops throughout our walks on the beach , would highly recommend.

Imran was very communitive and always responded very promptly. His home was beautifully remodeled and there was plenty of room for my family if 4. It was just steps away from the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to the harbor and restaurants. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful vacation spot!

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

This was our first stay on the southern California coast and high up on cliffs overlooking the ocean - and it was all that we hoped for. The photos are excellent, providing a fine indication of the home and surroundings. The furniture was comfortable, both interior and exterior, and the king bed, pillows and sheets in the primary bedroom were delightful. As the photos show you are not literally on the beach but over it. The sunsets (we stayed in January) were divine. We spent much time gazing at the sublime views of the endless ocean. It is a long walk or rather climb down to the beach, at about 100 or so steps once you get to the access stairs, but it was great exercise climbing up. During low tide the beach was walkable and fun, but during high tide you would have to walk on a stone beach. The neighborhood was interesting to walk and the pickleball courts in great condition. The location is very convenient. Thanks to Stephanie our host for great communication and support.

Kelley was a very attentive and generous host! The space was spectacular. The view was so healing and surreal to wake up to every day. I loved the layout of the house also. It's an open concept so the family members were able to hangout in their own area while still being together. The neighborhood also had great places to eat and walkable to the Pier! Don't look anymore and book!

We absolutely loved this house and were stunned by the incredible view from the balcony. On the day we arrived, we witnessed the most amazing sunset — a truly unforgettable welcome. It’s the perfect spot for surfers, with the ocean just steps from the door. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided in the garage to ride into Encinitas, where we had great coffee and breakfast at the charming little local shops. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the bedroom was very comfortable — we slept really well. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Excellent beach stay! This studio is a lovely cozy place and perfect for two. It’s in a great location. Walkable to Carlsbad Village (20 min.) and so many great restaurants and things to do there, including a Farmer’s Market. Beach across the street was basically our own. Very few people and so peaceful. Wonderful view of the ocean from our deck. We sat there often if we were at the unit. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had what we needed. Everything was very clean. We had a hiccup with the delivery of our groceries upon arrival but the management company was quick to respond and handled it immediately and according to our wishes. They actually picked up the phone so talked to a real person to rectify. The unit also provided boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas if we needed it. They were high quality too and some never used, still in packaging. We also had a washer and drier at our disposal. Overall, we loved our time here and would stay again and maybe rent other units with friends.

Dan & Britt are very gracious hosts! They were proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we were comfortable and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their Airbnb was better than the photos and my family and I absolutely loved the views it offered as well as the neighborhood of Oceanside. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We had a chance to truly decompress for a couple of days! I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan on going back.

The house is so comfortable. There are lots of places to relax and visit in and outside the home. The kitchen has wonderful natural light. The overall house is stocked well with amenities. 10/10 place to stay.

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!
