You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Please read all below: We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 yaks&SUPS available for use. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes!

Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. LGBTQ always welcome. Small , non shedding well behaved dogs may stay if requested.
