I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Enjoy Budějce on foot or by bike! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes walk from the main square. However, if you want to enjoy the accommodation, you are in the right place! You can make a fire, grill a steak, take a sauna, cool off in a pond or watch a movie on a screen with quality sound (you need to bring your own laptop)! A trip to the UNESCO castle - Hluboká nad Vltavou is 45 minutes by bike along the Vltava River. I will be happy to show you my favorite places in the center and around :) Looking forward to hosting you!

Koloděje nad Lužnicí cottage

Our new little house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We don't have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Quiet location of the garden colony, the proximity of the river, and almost 100% darkness to make your sleep more comfortable. We can rent a canoe, paddle board, or 2 bicycles for free. Evenings can be spent by the fire pit, or by the wide-angle TV for a movie. The stay can also be revived by a record player that reminds you of the old times. In good weather, we rent out our motor boat, which can be driven by anyone. Dogs are welcome.

Bungalow by the river and forest.

Great refuge for a group of friends, but also for a family with children and pets. The whole house is just for you, you can also use the fenced garden area. You can set up a tent in the garden, or spend time on the large terrace by the grill with a view of the greenery. You can relax in the living room with Netflix TV. You can also liven up your stay by watching old DVDs or playing board games. The location is quiet and safe, close to the forest and the Lužnice river. The surroundings are full of natural beauty, but also historical attractions.

Glamping - a caravan in the wilderness

Accommodation in a renovated shepherd's hut in the middle of pristine nature. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a meadow in the middle of the woods. The shepherd's hut has a kitchen with a gas stove and a gas stove. One room is a bedroom for 2 people . The second room can be used as an additional bedroom and or lightly converted into a living room with a table. There is no electricity ( 220V ) but we have a power station with a small solar panel. Outside, you can grill and sit by the fire. Trampoline for children. Lots of space around.

Penzion Samson

Your whole family will rest in this quiet space. However, our Pension Samson is not only a perfect relaxing location, you will also be delighted by its proximity to South Bohemian monuments, such as Hluboká nad Vltavou, České Budějovice, or Třeboň. Walkers will also find their own, thanks to the expansive forest, literally "a stone's throw away" from the guesthouse. If you're a little more active, we have a lot of kilometers on the straight for cyclists to not only do sports, but especially to breathe.

Dřevěný domek nabízí komfortní a jedinečné ubytování pro dvě dospělé osoby (manželská postel) a jedno dítě nebo osobu do 160 cm (horní postel) Chata je vybavena kuchyňkou včetně vařiče, rychlovarné konvice, nádobí, záchodem se sprchovým koutem a teráskou s grilem. Parkovani zdarma v arealu.

Surrounded by a wild garden with grazing cow, sheep, and roaming cats, you can pick currants or herbs for tea and gather mushrooms in the nearby forests. There’s a quiet seating area just outside, safely away from the already peaceful road. A dedicated office is available for undisturbed work, making it easy to combine relaxation with productivity.

Indian tipi in a peaceful environment under the open sky, where the stars shine brightly and at night you can hear the sounds of the surrounding wild nature of the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area. Although the tipi is built in an orchard, one has the feeling that it is secluded far from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Visitors also have access to a fully equipped pergola with drinking running water, an electric stove, a grill and a fireplace.

Fishing hut in the heart of nature

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and pond, where time passes more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.
