Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South Bank, South Brisbane

A great stay in one of the best locations in Brisbane. The property is a very short walk to Brisbane’s best shops and restaurants. It was very clean and I loved that the pantry had the staples (oil, salt, pepper) to prepare a meal that is often not included in Airbnbs in 2025. Great value for money.

Second time staying at this exact airbnb. Beautiful place and great host!! Highly recommend, the view is also very beautiful ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at Joy's place. The house is very large and great for groups. The kids room and trampoline was much loved by our little one. The location is fantastic being a short stroll to Woolloongabba bus station and the house was very clean. Joy was very friendly and accommodating on our check in day which was greatly appreciated! A great hub to stay at closeby to the city with a beautiful view too!

We are a family of 5 with young kids. Christine’s place is much more better than in her photos, plenty of equipments for us to cook and laundry. If you want to go to City, just drive your car to the park and ride ( 2 mins) or walk to the train station (5 mins) and transit to City, it takes around 10 mins. Indooroopilly Mall is close enough, few mins driving only. Christine provided plenty of breakfast ingredients for us during our stay. In conclusion, Christine’s place is highly recommended. Her place is my 1st priority for my stay in Brisbane in coming future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the House in West End. Walkable distance to great cafes, the Boundary Hotel is an excellent watering hole and you could stroll down to the river and jump on the Cat. Would stay again.

Jason and Andrea were both lovely and helpful and helpful during our stay. This was the first stop on our trip round Australia and we felt welcome straight away. They were very easy to talk to and gave some great recommendations for us to check out during our trip. I would highly recommend anyone staying here.

Loved our stay in Milton! House was so beautiful and homely. Conveniently located, we were easily able to come back and forth during the day. Plenty of space for 2 people looking for a short getaway.

Nice flat, perfect location. Walkable to south bank and west end, and huge windows that can open too - which is not always the case in blocks of flats. Perfect for a weekend getaway :)

Great spot. Easy access. Lots of unexpected products available to clean if needed. Highly recommend to stay here in apartment.

Mara is a lovely host. She was very helpful prior to arrival liaising with me about the procedure to check in. The apartment is in a great central location and Mara has provided pretty much everything you need for a shortish stay. The only thing I would warn future guests about is the noise from the street and nearby construction (which is happening 24/7) - which Mara has no control over, obviously. The window in the bedroom has zero sound insulation. So I did need to sleep with earplugs. If you are okay with that, it's an excellent spot to stay. Forewarned is forearmed 😊

Had a wonderful stay here for our first time in Brisbane. Chris was extremely accomodating, the space was beautiful and the views from the apartment were stunning. Will definitely be back next time!

Very nice and tidy apartment with some nice extras like milk, salt and pepper. It makes a difference. The hosts communicated very well throughout my stay. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lee & Bella's Airbnb and happily recommend this accommodation to others. It was the perfect spot for us with a sensational view of the CBD, and close to restaurants and bakeries. The train station was close by however we found it was within easy walking distance to South Bank attractions and also into the CBD. Communication with our host was always prompt and friendly - being greeted with a thoughtful hand written message was a warm welcome upon our late night arrival.

Stayed here for about 1.5 weeks for a conference and a few extra days of vacation. Fernanda was really helpful and responsive, the place was comfortable and had everything I needed, and it and it was easy walking distance from lots of fun stuff. Highly recommend!

Stayed one night. Great location for what we were doing - in Toowong and Milton. Close to transport options At the rear of the building, so didn't have any Coronation Drive road noise Scarlett was very responsive and helpful

This was an ideal location for our visit. The apartment is very nicely furnished and well kept up. It has all you need for a shoe]rt or longer stay. We met the owners on our way out and they are super-delightful. Our only comment is to be clear about the -off-street parking availability and spot to use as there are other tenants. Be sure to visit the nuts shop on the corner!

Had a wonderful stay and Charles is an awesome host! No complaints at all. The beds are comfortable, everything was super clean, and the parking was great too. Take the ferries into town, they're so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this flat!!

Selina’s place is a great central location! Walking distance to Albert Street shops and Queen Street mall, great restaurants, and a park across the road. Easy walk to the central bus station, easy to catch a bus to Suncorp Stadium etc. Selina’s place was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay! She greeted us on check in and showed us around which we really appreciated! The pool is a bonus, with great views to the Brisbane river! Would highly recommend :)

In this area at this price I would say look no further! A lot of Airbnbs in this 2km radius have lots of negative comments about train noises - Amy’s flat however is in the perfect location and it is so quiet - you honestly don’t hear anything. Everything we needed was available and Amy was very responsive. The baby high chair and cot worked so well for us, and our toddlers enjoyed the space; however we were a bit concerned about the very larger mirror potentially falling or breaking as it didn’t look like it was secured to the wall. Overall a great stay and would book here again.

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The best part about this place was the amazing view! At all times of day and night, it was a marvel. We also loved the location, which was right in the center of things and close to public transportation. The building felt secure and safe, with a key fob required to access the lobby and elevators. And the place itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. We have very energetic children (ages 6 and 8) and it was a great fit for them. We would definitely stay again if we ever get the chance to return to Brisbane!
