Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Stay in our spacious loft. NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private ( this is our residence, we live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Not suitable for children.

Right in the city centre and convenient to go to any landmarks in the city within walking distance. Nearby bus stations with Free City Loop Bus 98A, 98C, 99A, 99C take you anywhere in Adelaide. "The Haven" is a fully self-contained, independent flat. It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ.

R & R Cabin Tulka, beautiful location ❤️

Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.
