Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in South Athens

Very good stay at Anna's apartment. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and the proximity to the metro. The neighborhood is quite quiet and there are a lot of small restaurants and shops close to the apartment. Anna took care to leave us some recommendations for activities/restaurants to try that we found very good! Great communication and welcome from him! Thanks again! PS: Note that in Athens there is a climate resilience tax of €8 per night (April to October) for seasonal rentals. From November to March this tax is €2. To be budgeted in addition to the price advertised on Airbnb.

Great apartment, great location!

Great location near the port for our cruise vacation. Great service and access, we had an amazing stay. The host was hospitable & welcoming. Plenty of room for my family of 5.

We had a great time in the accommodation. Everything was perfect! The host even arranged our return to the airport. The neighborhoods to visit are about 15-20 minutes' walk away. I recommend it.

I initially spent one month at Nikos’ place but I later decided to prolong my stay of another month. The apartment was clean, new, modern, and well furnished. Nikos was a great host, nice and always responsive. The apartment is close to the metro station of Neos Kosmos but one can walk and reach Koukaki in 15 minutes and the acropolis museum in 20 minutes by foot. It is also surrounded by many supermarkets like lidl. Highly recommended.

Good budget and basic clean accomodations near lots of food and places to tour. Quiet area, and awesome street market on Friday. Note that hot water is controlled by breaker panel switch. I wish I could stay longer!

Perfect for a short stay in Athens, central location with alot of nearby bars. Neighbourhood is safe and home of Athens subculture.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

Yotas place is a real good alternative especially if you are on a budget and don’t mind sharing the bathroom Very comfortable bed, great AC and WiFi. She is very knowledgeable and helpful plus the place is in the most central location 👍

The home is secluded, surrounded by pine trees. Very nice outdoor covered space with BBQ and yard. There is an air conditioner and a fireplace. Panayiotis and his parents who live very close are extremely hospitable, we felt like we were going to our family in the village. The beach is very close, not even a five minute drive.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Supermarket nearby, restaurants galore, easy walk to acropilis and plaka, and a good host. We highly recommend!

The house was just like the photos! Very clean and tidy with all amenities listed! The spot, although easily accessible, close to shops, supermarkets and the beach, was very quiet and with a great view! Mrs. Sophia is excellent at her understanding as we had our dog and very discreet! We'll definitely go for it again!!

This place is in an excellent location, the beds and bedding were lovely, the AC worked very well. (This place is worth it alone to see the Acropolis early in the morning and return immediately for a good nap). Most importantly, JJ Hospitality was very responsive before and during the stay. Even on a Sunday night they made it very easy to arrange an airport transfer for the next morning. The transport partner was excellent, too. The hot water situation was a non-issue once we got used to it.

The property was in a perfect location right in the heart of Athens and even better than described. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, we didn't have to take any public transport as almost everything was in walking distance. The place was perfect, we had 11 people and we all fit great and everything was easy to use. Great communication from the hosts as well, they were so helpful!!

I had an amazing stay at Gregory's place! From the very start, he was incredibly flexible and accommodating with both a late check-in and late checkout, which made my travel experience so much smoother. Gregory was super friendly, always quick to respond to any questions I had, and his warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home. His level of care and attention to detail reflected the best of Greek hospitality. Highly recommend staying with him if you're looking for a top-notch experience!

Georgia was really helpful and nice during my stay at the airBnB. She was proactive in asking about how the stay was going and provided everything I needed. She was flexible with the check-in and check-out process. The apartment looked great and had plenty of space. Overall perfect accommodation.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!
