The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was in a homely peaceful residential area, that is very well connected to markets, restaurants. The apartment is spacious and can easily accomodate a larger group. The rooms were clean and the kitchen is well equipped. But what stands out among everything is the friendly helpful attitude of the caretaker. He made us feel at home, helping with everything that we need. Highly recommended!!

We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

Ashwani sir is a great host! He has kept his place loaded with all necessities. The place is peaceful and there are a lot to do around. Will visit again!

Lake Residences Jasmine is a very nice place to stay. Spacious and well decorated, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Close to the lake area where you can have a nice stroll. We hope to come back soon!

We had an amazing 2-night stay at this beautiful homestay in Coorg. The place was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and very well maintained. great place to stay near the temple. Stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean. Bathroom fixtures could be upgraded. Flexible checkin and checkout- ofcourse within reason. Overall, it's not a fancy fancy but great place to stay and visit the temple

Amazing stay. Felt cozy and like we were at home. All the amenities mentioned were present. And place was pretty clean.

Right at one corner of the ridge. The Mall within a 5 mins walk. Great Location! The only challenge is that it is a no vehicle zone, so you walk about 200metres (from Hospital gate to Residence) in case you have a larger vehicle like a tempo traveller. Responsive host, very well stocked kitchen, clean linen, clean toilets. Probably the best place to stay in case you want to enjoy the heart of Shimla

The property is well maintained. The best part is they have a cook so we could get home made food. Prices for food are reasonable. There was no issues related to cleanliness of the house. We had one SUV and one hatchback and they were parked easily. However, parking 2 SUVs inside might be an issue. The roads leading to the property are narrow but drivable. Overall, it is a good place to stay especially with the family.

This Villa exceeded my expectations! Location is fantastic - hardly 20min to the beach, few minutes to the restaurants/bars and just extra couple of minutes to sightseeing! Caretaker is definitely a credit to this villa - extremely helpful, polite and go an extra mile for you. Swimming pool area is amazing -The villa itself and rooms are spotlessly clean. Will definitely return again on my next trip to here.

Getting down to the place is a bit difficult especially if you have any senior citizens with you, but the stay and the place is totally worth it. loved the views nearby and also the waking towards the road is a good morning walk one can do with fresh air and beautiful views. totally worth living there.

The stay was good and the overall experience was great.. As a suggestion, the rooms could be better lit — the dark color combination in the bedroom makes the space feel a bit dim and less inviting. Improving the lighting would really enhance the comfort of the stay.

Dude, this place was LIT! Stayed at this luxury villa in Rishikesh and honestly, I’m still not over it. First off, the location? Chef’s kiss. Right near the ghats, so sunrise dips and evening aarti vibes were just a stroll away. And the view from the villa? Mountains, river, trees—like living inside a postcard, no filter needed. The host though—MVP alert! She was on point with EVERYTHING. Said there’d be chai on tap? Homemade masala chai magically appeared. And the FOOD? Oh my god, it’s like your Punjabi auntie hijacked the kitchen. Parathas, dal, paneer—all ghar ka khana vibes. Shoutout to the caretakers too—super friendly, cracked jokes, and actually listened when we needed stuff. Felt like we’d known them forever. Oh, and the sound healing sessions? Mind. Blown.

We had an amazing stay and Niraj was also a very proactive and responsive host. The attached terrace was also a great add-on and we also enjoyed coffee there during evening.
