We really enjoyed the warm hospitality. The location and the place instill peace and tranquility. Every request was answered efficiently. Shafi, the owner of the place and the service staff, did everything to make the stay pleasant. Invica Tour& Travel organized wonderful tours for us. We will definitely return to this Young Alzira Houseboat.

We had a truly wonderful time at ‘Sonny’s’ (Fiderous) houseboat. We only booked 3 days but ended up staying 3 weeks! We went hiking in the mountains and went on a river boat camping trip. Both amazing! All meals can be provided by the family and anything else you need, Sonny will try his best to get for you. WiFi is excellent. Very peaceful spot and chilled/relaxing vibe. The room is perfect for couples, with your own bathroom. A boat to the mainland is available at any time. Best houseboat in Dal lake!

A very memorable trip. Host was very good with Great comms & so responsive & easy to arrange the trip. We were very well looked after & all requirements catered for. Food was fantastic & the views spectacular. A most relaxing time watching the world drift slowly by.

Nice stay

Tariq's place was good as described and presented in listing. However, the best part was hosts proactiveness and homely behaviour. we felt like we are at home only. And whenever we wanted something he was always there to help us. Thank you so much Tariq bhai. I highly recommend this stay for wveryone for a peaceful stay at Dal Lake.

Biju and Sudi (sp?) looked after us on the houseboat and were absolute legends, always helpful, making snacks or opening beers for us. The food they made was out of this world and we had a wonderful time. 2 nights was perfect to soak in the surroundings. Kence arranged everything for us, even a taxi back to the airport. My favourite part of the trip was when we stopped at local fish markets and I had the opportunity to buy tiger prawns or crayfish that Biju would then whip up into something delicious!

I was staying at The Victoria Garden with my family, so we would like to give full credits to him and his family for making us feel comfortable and treating us like own family. This houseboat is one of a kind. We were looking for a different and modern looking houseboat and we found one. It’s also away from dal lake’s commercial hustle and bustle which makes it a perfect. The boat is well equipped with all modern amenities. View from the boat is also serene . We loved it here, also Suhail is a great host. We strongly recommend this place .

Adil's houseboat was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in....it was like a 5* hotel! From the moment I arrived to the time I left, Adil and his father were the perfect hosts, helping with arranging boat trips and ensuring that I paid fair, not overinflated prices. The room was superb, with a comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. In fact the whole place was spotlessly clean. I had dinner the one night and it was delicious, probably the best curry I have had in my 3 weeks in India. I am an Airbnb host myself and it is a travesty that a recent guest left Adil a 3* review. I can assure you that this review says more about the guest than it does about Adils houseboat - it is worthy of 5*'s all the way. If I could give more than 5* I would, it is such a wonderful place. I will never forget sitting on the deck watching life on the lake pass quietly by.

Owner is such a nice person, and really helping also great with responding. The staff including the boatman was so kind and warm. We had great time staying there. We got a complimentary breakfast with a cruise tour around the river next morning. And the food cooked by Simanta Da and the view with river breeze was so so perfect. I personally had zero moment of regretting choosing the place to stay. I'll definitely recommend it.

This houseboat has great interiors. Literally host was so friendly. He recommended us great things. Don’t worry about anything. Its in very good colony and near road only. The interiors were so aesthetic and we played music whole night. Bathrooms were so clean and also they have steam bath.

Probably the best houseboat in Srinagar!

Captain is super friendly. He helped us to provide utmost hospitality. He arranged the shikara for Early morning floating vegetable with Abrar Hussain. I would recommend to take this experience which will be worth it. The heating in the houseboat is very good. They provided soulful dinner for my dad i.e. Dal, Rice. Moreover they provided chai and traditional sweets in the brealfast. You need not to worry of the baggage carrying to the house boat who will help you to reach the House boat easily. The rooms are cosy and comfortable for three people which we stayed. The view of the Nigeen Lake is wonderful, peaceful. I would recommend to experience the warm hospitality of the one of the oldest Houseboat in the City (Srinagar) at Nigeen Lake. Keep it up! 👍

Our stay at this private villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. The villa property provided ample space for our family of four, allowing us to relax and unwind in privacy. The attention to detail in the villa's design and furnishings was evident, with every amenity thoughtfully curated to ensure a premium experience. From the spacious bedrooms to the inviting living areas, every corner exuded comfort and elegance. This place truly felt like our own private oasis. There is an Island adjacent which is owned by the same "Regant Lake Village" which has other amenities like swimming pool, park etc. This Island can be accessed at anytime via a boat. Whether we were dining, swimming, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the surroundings, it provided the perfect complement to our stay. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle & bustle; can't wait to return.

This stay is too amazing and all the people’s there were so helpful❤️❤️we went there with our pet dog and we haven’t faced any kind of issues. He really enjoyed a lot and Faizan bhaiya & family were so helpful and cooperative. Place is so hygienic & the plus point is that we got food like our home❤️Food quality is so good🫶We really love the property and would like to come there again.

Saleem’s houseboat was in a very peaceful and quiet corner of Nigeen lake. We stayed during the winter so were not able to enjoy it fully but the rooms were very cozy and beautifully traditional. The water supply was great, the best we have encountered in Kashmir yet. Hassan was very friendly and nice, the Kashmiri kahwa in the morning was so good!

The White House Houseboat is amazing! The location is great, easy to access Srinagar and epic views of the lake and the mountain. It was extremely magical to wake up and open the window to watch the sunrise over the mountain and to see the boats passing by. Ibrahim's grandfather was the first travel agent in Kashmir, and the family has has this houseboat for three generations. Ibrahim welcomed me like family and was extremely knowledgeable about everything in and around Dal Lake, Srinagar, and Kashmir. I'll definitely stay here next time, and will stay for longer so I can trek in the hills! Ibrahim knows so much about trekking, ask him anything! Highly recommended.
