This accommodation is in all respects as described and as shown in the photos. It is new, very clean, very quiet and really very well located. The city center and restaurants are nearby, there is no need to take your car. We would recommend this listing for a stay in Brive.

We have loved staying in this appartment, which is right on the edge of town. We had a long stay here and the space was very easy to live in. Spacious, good decorative condition and with all essentials. The bed was extremely comfortable and very clean plus a great fan for the hit weather! Our host was very helpful. Easy check-in with clear instructions. Well renovated house, with charm. Full equipment. If you're looking for peace and quiet, don't hesitate. Close to many must-see sites (Sarlat, Rocamadour, Padirac...) Small pleasant courtyard for eating meals.

Very welcoming and accommodating, Françoise offers comfortable and well-appointed accommodation. The floor will be reserved primarily for children because it is an attic. The cottage for children is a plus! Stay for 4 adults + 3 small children.

very nice quiet house, very very clean, and above all very well equipped, nothing is missing, you feel at home! the bedding in the double bed room is very very comfortable. This house is in a very good location for visiting, close to the castles, Sarlat (15 min), 10 min from the Eyrignac gardens and water gardens, 1 hour from Rocamadour and Gouffre de Padirac... Catherine (the owner who lives in the house next door), is adorable, discreet but very available if needed. I highly recommend this house. Very good place.

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)

i would recommend it to everyone!!!! close to the city center by car, very clean apartment with a terrace that is too cute. hosts are more than nice! Go without a second thought.

I had a great time in Aveyron. Pauline was very available and answered each of my questions. There was a small welcome booklet in the apartment that was very clear about the accommodation, which is recommended, the host municipality and the surrounding area. Very nice and very good value for the money. I hope to be back soon.

Perfect accommodation, clean and well-equipped, Lorian resort 15 minutes away. Essential trade 5 minutes walk away and a large parking lot right next to the accommodation 👍 attention there is the market on Tuesdays and Fridays on the square. Good exchanges with Mary. I would recommend it without hesitating 🙂
