GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

20 km south of Rennes, this large independent gite will seduce you with its warm atmosphere and its rural environment, conducive to pleasant stays with family and friends. Set in a property dating from the early 18th century, you will be seduced by its interior and its garden of more than 6000 m2 A mini farm with chickens and goats will enchant your children. For fishing lovers, a river passes less than 50 meters from the house.

The Park Pavilion

This house brings together the different indoor and outdoor spaces to have a very nice stay and is located in front of a wooded park, equipped with a petanque court, table tennis and a playground. It is located in the city center and offers all amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, train station... Parking is available in the inner courtyard, in the garage (2 cars) or in the parking lot across from the house (35 spaces).

"Ker Nowen" House: Enjoy a stylish experience, suitable for 4 people. Located at the exit of the village and 800 m from the shops. Enclosed land with a courtyard to park a car, a terrace and a lawn. Accommodation consists of an entrance, living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom/WC. Linens for sleeping on the sofa are provided. The kitchen is right on the south-facing terrace. Property size is approximately 40 m².
