Great host and very responsive to messages. Felt very welcome and very much given our own space. Very secure place and a short walk to the town centre.

We stayed 2 nights and are delighted with our stay. The house is pretty, functional and well-equipped. Be careful, however, with the stairs, which are a little steep, you have to take your time, especially when going down. We were able to reach Rouen in 15 minutes thanks to the bus that passes nearby, it's really convenient.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very centrally located,we could easily reach everything on foot. The small garden is also great, we could have breakfast there very nicely outside. Definitely recommended!

Cheerful hillside home in a quiet, wooded garden. There was nothing missing. Fabienne welcomed us very warmly and made us many proposals for outings and restaurants. To be booked without a second thought!

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The stairs are a little narrow with the suitcase, but easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. On the upper floor is the bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise at 5:30 am, Christine and her husband responded very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, this was very great. Good recommendation from me.

We had a Lovely stay at Paulines apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the historic district and the river side. Pauline was great on coordinating our arrival and getting us oriented. The space is complete with everything - I loved the kitchen layout. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was our favorite. Thank you for hosting my family.

Beautiful apartment in a convenient location. Full height ceilings, large windows and lots of natural light make this experience special. The unit is within a short walk to the historic part of the city. Parking is a plus since we were touring by car. Two things to note: the bathroom is located through one of the rooms and there are no fans (it was quite warm due to large windows and unit does not have A/C). Highly recommend the unit.

Elena's apartment is spacious and well equipped with facilities. Parking in the street was not a problem. Communication with Elena went smoothly and positively. We had some minor improvements to bring the apartment to an even better level, which Elena was open to and would immediately work on. I can heartily recommend this apartment.

It is a nice house, equipped with all necessities and a spacious balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, a supermarket is close by, and you are in the center of Rouen in no time. An ideal place for a vacation or to work remotely.

We had a lovely stop over here in Rouen. The view from the apartment is beautiful and it is so close to everything in the city.

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It'll be at Swan's or nothing!
