The Schoodic National Scenic Byway is on the far side of Long Cove, and you can hear some traffic noise from outside the RV, but for complete silence check out my other two places by looking at "about me" on my profile.

Located on the Schoodic Scenic Byway in Acadia/Bar Harbor region, our rustic pet-friendly 1BR cabins offer spectacular views. Features include one double bed with kitchen and bathroom. Simple, clean accommodations serve as your home base for exploring the beautiful property, shoreline and the bounties of our scenic local region. All cabins come equipped with basic provisions for a comfortable stay. Leave the distractions of modern day behind as you return to the way vacations were meant to be.

Treetop Loft at Crabtree Neck Cottages

Pets negotiable. MUST DISCUSS BEFORE YOU REQUEST. Crate trained pets allowed for a fee. DISCOUNT for over 3 nights or dogs under 12 lbs. Ask! Pets come by prior arrangement only. Treetop sleeps 2, or 3 in a pinch. Must discuss well behaved children 6 or older as the deck is high. Owners/guests use garage/laundry below the studio. Take the local ferry to MDI to explore Bar harbor’s restaurants and shops, or stay local and enjoy the less traveled side of Acadia National Park, Schoodic Pennisula (5-10 minute drive).

We have an open, airy studio apartment with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle under the twin, private bathroom and full kitchen, located approximately 25 miles, or about a 40 minute drive, from Acadia National Park. Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.
