Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

La maison de Karen Louise est en tout point conforme à l’annonce. Située dans un quartier calme, à 2 pas de la mer et des commerces, elle est parfaite pour passer de bonnes vacances. Ein phantastischer Blick in den parkähnlichen Garten, am Horizont das Meer, Pferde, Alpakas, Esel und zwei super verschmuste gut erzogene Hunde- was braucht es mehr? Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die tolle riesige Terrasse lädt ein, einfach da zu bleiben. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft und es gibt viel zu sehen. Wir sagen Danke und wünschen immer zufriedene Gäste. Grüße an Edda- wir waren schockverliebt. 😍

Auch diesmal hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub, bei dem wir die Ruhe genießen und neue Kraft tanken konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Niels war wie immer reibungslos, freundlich und schnell – besser geht’s nicht! Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Marianne hat uns persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen, sie hat uns alles gezeigt und Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Gegend war für uns perfekt, eine gepflegte Wohnstraße, mit originellen Cafés und einfachen Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind ums Eck. Und direkt vor der Tür bekommt man immer ein Dunkey Bike um die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Wohnung hat einen wunderbaren, gepflegten, frischen Skandi Design Style. Danke das wir zu Gast sein durften.

Le logement se situe dans un quartier très paisible. Le train se trouve à quelques pas et permet d’aller où l’on veut. L’appartement est bien agencé, moderne, propre et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Le lit est très grand et confortable. Mireille est toujours disponible pour toutes questions et très arrangeante ! Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment intéressant. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Copenhague, en partie grâce à cet hébergement très qualitatif. Merci pour tout !!

Jesper was a very responsive host, making check-in and check-out super easy and providing great local tips. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Martin var yderst behjælpelig og kom med en masse gode tips til, hvad vi kunne foretage os i området som familie med en datter på 1,5 år. Vi nød de rolige omgivelser, vandet og den lokale legeplads – samt de mange gode udflugtsmål. En stor anbefaling herfra!

Boendet såg bra ut på bilderna och det var än bättre i verkligheten. Rent, prydligt och ombonat. Fräscht och ej slitet. Välutrustat kök och möblemang. Tacksamt med såväl diskmaskin som tvättmaskin och torktumlare när man har små barn. Bra trädgård med utemöbler samt bra för barnen att leka i, utan förbipasserande större bilväg. Tydlig information från värden både inför incheckning och vid utcheckning. Kommunikationen med värden var vänlig och exemplarisk. Förövrigt ett trevligt och mycket lugnt område, med fin omgivande natur och mycket nära till havet. Nära till både Helsingborg och Kullahalvön. Med vänlig hälsning, Anna & Andreas med barn (6 och 3 år).

Just a wonderful location to experience the tranquility of the Danish coast. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a little getaway and peace and quiet. Very secluded private yet easy to get to the Copenhagen city center by train and 30 minutes. Great area for running walking or just living a quiet Danish life on the coast. Wonderful updated amenities. Plenty of space for a large family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home in this area. 15 min walk to city center/ train station. Responsive house manager and excellent amenities. Highly recommended
