Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sorèze

The reviews on Adrien and Emma's cottage are unanimous and praise the quality of the home, its amenities and its environment. A 5 out of 5 as the area is beautiful and the region (Minervois around Carcassonne) is attractive due to the diversity of activities. Kilometers by car on deserted and shaded roads, pure happiness! But also walks and swims nearby (from the exit of the cottage for the first) and a few kilometers for the second (in Pradelles-Cabardès). A pure pleasure. Tenants should know that Adrien and Emma's large farm (sheepfold?) houses two gites, one (which we occupied) and the other for 6 people, who share common areas, a nice garden and a beautiful terrace (each benefiting however from a private part with outdoor table and chairs). This is to say that at times, you may not be alone. We lived with a Spanish family in a friendly atmosphere.

The Castrum is very charming, pleasant and quiet. All the essentials for a pleasant stay are present. The accommodation is very clean with a warm welcome.

We had a nice stay at Jo's house. Our daughter had no shortage of toys and loved the slide in the garden! The walk to the lake is beautiful. The surroundings are super quiet. Jo has a lot of useful information available and responds quickly to messages!

We had a pleasant stay at Jeanne's cottage. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Jeanne in person but the communication was excellent, and Jeanne is a very responsive host. The cottage is comfortable and well-equipped.

We had a fantastic holiday in the most beautiful accommodation and setting that we have ever stayed (and we like nice places 👌). The rural and peaceful setting is idilic, the house is so charming and Gilles was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! We can’t wait to return, thank you for opening up your home and making us feel welcome ❤️

This charming family home is filled with beautiful touches that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable beds, inviting armchairs and multiple lights make it feel like a home away from home.The kitchen's well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals with fresh local ingredients from nearby markets. We loved spending time outdoors: exploring the field with the friendly horses, strolling along Canal du Midi, relaxing in the hammock under the shade of the chestnut tree. Uma, the adorable dog, was a delightful addition to our stay. Marronier is the perfect base for exploring Occitania. We enjoyed visiting the medieval castles and abbeys, as well as exploring the prehistoric caves in the Pyrenees. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of Francoise, the owner. She's incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful, even assisting us during a difficult situation when we didn't speak French. Thank you, Francoise, for making our stay so special!

We had a wonderful time here! The house is a real feel-good place – perfect for switching off, feeling at home and recharging your batteries. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, very well maintained and is located in a fantastic environment. We were particularly enthusiastic about the excellently equipped kitchen as well as the thoughtful details in the wardrobe and bathroom – nothing was really missing. The outdoor area is also beautifully designed: a wonderful place to relax with a spacious terrace and a large, shared pool that is very clean. We also loved that Jan provided us with the garage for our motorcycles. However, there is also a large parking lot for cars and trailers. Anne-Marie and Jan are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and full of good tips for excursions and restaurants! Thank you both! We would recommend the place at any time and would love to come back.

It was our second time visiting, and we loved it even more than we did the first time. Richard, Marvin, Burt, Marge & Toby are all exceptional hosts. We absolutely loved our time there. The pool is divine, and sitting outside Gite 1 every evening playing chess and drinking rosé was the best. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere; only the sound of birds singing and trees rustling in the wind - but only 10 minute drive to a supermarket. Gite 1 has a fabulously big & comfortable bed, and the bathroom is recently renovated to an outstanding standard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful suite, we had a great evening and night there. The suite is clean, tastefully decorate. The plus, the set of dimmed LEDs that puts us in the mood as soon as we walk through the door. And what about the hot tub which is spacious and so nice. We'll be there again. Thanks Diana and Adrien.

Everything went really well Great communication before and during booking. Throughout the stay. The location is just perfect and the apartment is superb! I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back!

This is a fabulous place to stay. It’s very roomy and has a super comfortable bed and a big shower (we never ran out of hot water - a huge plus). The location is great - there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

A delightful place. The perfect blend of a quiet place in a lively and active neighborhood. Open and light-filled. It was a short walk to the Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Lots of restaurants and the covered market close by. You do need to be willing to climb some stairs, but that's France.

Staying as a couple in the city of Toulouse, the apartment is very nice, clean, very well located to discover the heart of the city on foot and close to all shops.

This apartment in an eighteenth century old building was in an ideal location for visiting Albi. Everything was accessible on foot, and a secure parking space was available if you have a car. The beautifully decorated apartment was very well equipped for a two week stay. Marie-José was a wonderful host. She picked us up from the station, and explained the ins and outs of the apartment before leaving us to enjoy our holiday. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in a special place in Albi, and visit this beautiful area of France.

Very clean, functional and quiet apartment. The best part is the provision of a garage even if we could not close the garage door (the door would have hit the hood of the car). It is nevertheless a private parking space.

Very comfortable and spacious accomodation with great views and easy access to the citadel and Ville Basse. Well equipped kitchen and several options for eating in and outdoors. Entertainment includes bicycles, table tennis and nice pool. Pierre communicated well and responded quickly to any queries.

We had a great time at Laurent's house which is very pleasant and in a relaxing setting, a little out of the city by staying close by. We were able to enjoy the pool in a very well maintained garden. Laurent is very nice and has good tips for activities to do nearby. He comes to maintain the pool but knows how to be discreet. We were lucky enough to be the only tenants on the property and were really quiet that we were looking for. Address to keep, we'll be back with pleasure.

Great stay in this peaceful and clean house. Virginie is very thoughtful. The instructions to enter are simple. There is plenty to play with the children and also reading. I would have just added a small high chair for baby to facilitate meals but it's just a suggestion.

A beautiful place in a peaceful setting. The house is very tastefully designed and has a great feeling of space - the inside has a wonderful connection with the outside. Lovely pool too. We had a brilliant week.

We had an unforgettable stay in this little paradise surrounded by nature to celebrate my 30th birthday with a dozen friends. The rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom. Living spaces are equipped with care and modernity. And the pool is just amazing, overlooking the fields. I will not hesitate to come back for my next birthdays 😊

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! Even with bad weather you can have a nice time as in the living room you are immersed in nature thanks to the big windows. Really remarkable was also the equipment of the kitchen, there is everything (tarte formes, icecubes, coffee,…).

Situated off a country road, down a little lane with two or three houses nearby, Guillaume's house offers a beautiful, tranquil respite from the world. The house is well equipped, very spacious, great kitchen, comfy beds, and the outside terrace is quite big and partially covered so you can escape the sun when necessary. Guy and Agnes, the parents of Guilluame, were warm and welcoming. Guy gave us an extended tour of his vineyards and pistachio tree orchard, which are just stunning. We had a personal tasting of his wine that was wonderful. We enjoyed the vineyard views from the terrace, loved listening to the great variety of birds and the stargazing at night was awesome. We need to go back!!
