Possibility to use fully equipped kitchen in the residence where also toilet, shower and washing machine are available. The wood-fired sauna heats well and there is also a hot tub and battery powered shower. On the porch, the water is heard from the creek and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

We were able to rent this house during our emigration process from the Netherlands to Sweden. The house is fully equipped, and the landlord was very helpful with questions and is there for you when necessary. We felt at home and welcome during our almost 3 month stay. The area of Ragunda and Hammarstrand is very beautiful in winter in combination with the snow. There is a supermarket in Hammarstrand and for shopping we usually went to Östersund or Sundsvall. Very beautiful house, clean and well equipped! So close to the beach! We had a cozy stay and we will definitely be back! Helena is so easy to communicate with! So responsive! I highly recommend this place!

It was exactly what we were expecting. Idyllic Swedish summer house. We didn't miss anything. Lots of beautiful nature. A huge kitchen table to play even the biggest board games. Ideal for nature lovers, for fishing, hiking, canoeing. The closest supermarket is about 14 km away. There is also a small pizzeria with a German-speaking owner. Very nice and accommodating landlords. The pronounced peace and quiet should be mentioned.
