Here you can enjoy the ocean view from almost all rooms – even from the bathtub. Sjøbua is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, high-speed internet, barbecue, firewood and fire pit.

Welcome to our guest house at Namsenfjorden. We are pleased that people enjoy their stay here on our farm. They give feedback that they find peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guest house it is nice to just be, or you can go in the woods, on the mountain, along the highway or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The cottage is fully equipped and has its own dock area shared with three nice neighboring cottages. Possibility of fishing, marine life, swimming, hiking terrain, cultural life, etc. 10 min walk to grocery store. Please bring your own linen and towels. The cabin is self-service and guests wash out themselves. It is possible to purchase cleaning as an extra.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
