Renovated living room without electricity and water.

The cabin is located freely and undisturbed with a view to the east. It is recently renovated and in old style without electricity and water but with a wood-fired sauna you can use. Water can be found in the tank on the outside or in the well down the road. The kitchen has a stove and fridge that runs on gas. Here you have early sun in the morning and long sunset in the evening. Hiking trails you can walk, cycle or ride along are right outside the cabin door. A small pond is located 100 meters from the cabin and here is the sauna.

Mirror suite with private sauna

The mirror suite offers a stay close to nature and with a fantastic view. Suite because it contains everything you need for a good stay, and more than that. The mirror suite has a mirror function in two walls. You can see out, but no one can see in. Not even the wild animals, birds, foxes or moose that wander by. You live centrally, not far from the store and people, but still completely for yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a house nearby. The atmosphere can only be good.

Welcome to our guest apartment! PLEASE NOTE! July 5-August 4, 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have a private entrance, extensive views of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with many sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the table can be pulled out and give room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 min to Trondheim city center in 12 min. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The apartment is located in a historic house from 1865 with a large garden right next to the fjord and views of Trondheim city. The city center is just a short bus ride away (10 min), and the city park is easily accessible right above the house. Quiet surroundings. One double bed and one single bed, room for 3 persons. Cozy cabin in Stugudal

Cozy cabin with sauna and jacuzzi (jacuzzi for an additional price April-November, see description of the place). Nice view of Stugusjøen and Sylan. Hiking opportunities right outside the cabin wall summer and winter. Short distance to prepared ski slopes. Road all the way up to the cabin. Electric car charging in the socket. Other: Tenants must be over the age of 25. Pets are not allowed at first, but contact us for an agreement.

Cozy little cottage by the lake

Unique guest house for two people, located right by the lake. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, this is the place for you. The guest house can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be added. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for NOK 250.

Home with stunning view & sauna

Relax in a spacious and cozy home with a gorgeous view of the city. It is located close to the Kyvatnet lake and the Bymarka with hiking paths and cross-country skiing trails. Good bus and tram connections to the centre and outdoor facilities, including the Granåsen Ski Centre. Free parking is available on the property. If needed, additional sleeping places could be arranged in the office and in the living room.
