Access to a large pool, orangery, gas grill and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4/kWh.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

Follow the path to the right along the coast and you are in the wood, go left and you come to Faxe Ladeplads, a lazy wonderful little town. Wide, sand beaches everywhere. Lovely and comfortable house close to the beach. 200 meters down a small gravel road and you stand by the sea. If you go to the right, you come out into a beautiful forest and to Fedet. On the left, you will enter Faxe Ladeplads.

The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.
