Sopot to the beach 50m and several restaurants nearby. Peace and quiet and fresh air are provided by the park just across the street. Free parking in front of the house on the property. Apartment on the ground floor surrounded by greenery. Next to the house there is a bicycle path, an outdoor gym, tennis courts and the most beautiful and romantic walks towards the Orłowski Cliff. The distance from Monte Casino is a 10-minute walk and there are cafes, restaurants, a cinema and a pier.

Two-level, air-conditioned (in July and August); the apartment consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower on the first level, and 3 bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom with a small bathtub on the second level. There are shops and restaurants nearby. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes. The train station and Monte Cassino Street are 10 minutes from the apartment.

Walking distance to popular Monciak is 15 minutes and the beach at the Grand Hotel is 25 minutes

I would suggest a slightly different location to party-goers, because I care about good relations with neighbors who have lived here for several decades and love their home very much.
