Vacation rentals with a sauna in Sonora

Los condominios son muy amplios además de que tienen todo lo que se requiere para hospedarse ahí sin preocupaciones de tener que cargar cosas extras. las piscinas están limpias y el servicio por parte del anfitrión ha sido excelente, me resolvió mis dudas, además de ser muy amable. En general es muy tranquilo, ideal para relajarse.

This place is great, away from town (30 minutes away) so we were prepared to never go there. Liked how we were able to go to the Mayan Resort down the road. Definitely will make it a norm to stay here next time!

Nos pareció agradable el lugar, tranquilo para descansar y pasar un buen rato en familia, las instalaciones y los accesos a piscinas y playas estaban limpios y bien iluminados, el departamento cuenta con espacio para toda la familia.

Absolutely beautiful unit, exactly as described and outlined in the pictures and listing. During the time we were there the pool was almost always open and not filled with a million tourists that you may experience on the more "resort side" of Rocky Point. It is a bit remote,and there is no food or alcohol on site so plan ahead.

I highly recommend this property and Kivoya management company, our host Carmen made check in very easy, directions were clear, the condo was very clean, and the communication was immediate. I will very likely book directly with them in the future since I encountered various issue with Airbnb. We had a prior reservation via Airbnb and the host didn’t provide the keys, it has been over a month and a half and we have yet to get our refund (NOT this property) We again booked a 4 bedroom beachfront/private pool Airbnb home in which the host didn’t confirm our reservation. Despite various calls to Airbnb and despite their supposed AirCover guarantee, they cited policy against contacting the host and they sent us 7 “comparable properties” consisting of a one bedroom apartments, after various calls they offered $25 for the inconvenience. A lot of time and money is spent on these vacations and it’s stressful to arrive to another country with no where to stay. We quickly found this property and despite it being 30 minutes from town, we found the property to be a good value, lots or privacy, somewhat secluded, heads up: resort has no alcohol license so we had to drive in to town for beverages. Victor at restaurant by pool was most courteous, other guests were friendly and overall this is a good property, especially if like enjoy peace and quiet.

Was a great little get away for me and my girls. We felt safe as it was a gated condo, employees always walking around. We went out of season and we loved the fact that it was so private. We made a trip to town one day, and visited the Mayan hotel which we had access to and was also beautiful! We enjoyed that, but we pretty much stayed in the condo, pools and relaxed. We had a wonderful 4 days.

Our stay here for my birthday was great! The view was amazing, there was plenty of room for all of us to stay, and the communication was great! We had access to the resort down the road, and the restaurants and pool there, though we only visited the restaurant! Would 10/10 stay here again!

Our group had an excellent vacation and enjoyed this wonderful property with all the amenities it had to offer, super clean, views were spectacular and most of the type we spent in the beautiful back yard area enjoying the spa, also a super easy walk to a private beach within the gated community was super convenient. The Host of this property are 5 star, easy to get a hold of and super responsive, details and instructions they provide are super clear and direct, on my next trip to San Carlos I know where i will be staying

Stunning picturesque location. Plenty of room to accommodate a large family. Comfortable, and clean.

Great place to stay. Huge place (casa 1) with tons of room. Great place to chill with our family. Kitchen is missing some necessary dishware and seasoning and such. Make sure to bring some because we stay at a lot of homes like this and these are things we don't usually pack. Overall a fun place to stay. Highly recommend this house to everyone looking for a house this size.

Nuestra hija nos pidio un fin de semana en la playa por su cumpleaños y no pudimos elegir mejor casa que esta, nos acompañaron varios familiares asi que los 3 baños nos sirvieron de maravilla, esta super amplia y comoda, tiene todo lo que necesitas en la cocina, desde licuadora hasta caballitos para shots 😅 la terraza de las recamaras y del techo con una vista hermosisima, nuestro host el mas atento, la recomendamos 100%, definitivamente regresariamos. P

The house is so well kept and fully stocked. We felt right at home. The a/c units are cold and the house was super clean. The beach is super close and not crowded. The house has sooo many extra things like beach boggie boards, standup paddle boards, outdoor games to play etc. we loved staying at this property. The host is so kind and friendly. Highly recommend. There was beer and a few treats upon arrival, such an unexpected pleasant surprise…..especially after a four hour drive. Thank you!!! 😊
