Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Casa Rio is located on the south bank of the river in the Oasis Rio Baja midway between the sea and the town. The bedrooms each have a queen with a eurofoam topper and a single. Awesome stay in an awesome part of town. Vendors still walk up the beach in the off season it’s that good. The lot has two houses perfect for privacy between different families. Everything was perfect and we will be back! Very nice that the vehicles can be parked and the gate closed.

A great place to stay for a beautiful getaway. Mere steps from the pool, with views of the Sea of Cortez.. What could be better? We enjoyed food and drinks from Emiliano's (the restaurant on-site) and loved it. We could see dolphins playing in the water from the patio. Inside and out, the property is well-maintained and handsomely appointed.

We are Puerto Peñasco regulars and have stayed at many places along sandy beach and this beach home was fantastic for our family and friends with plenty of beds and bathrooms and a large open concept kitchen and living room. We also enjoyed the patio in the evenings. This home is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, has great beach access with a walkway directly from the house to the beach and is only a short 2 minute walk to the community pool. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Esperanza, it was the perfect place for our group!

The house was large with 4 bedrooms that each have private bathrooms. The kitchen was large and had a beautiful view of the water. The walk to the beach was only 3-4 minutes and the beach itself was quiet and beautiful. The tide went out each day leaving tidepools to explore along the entire beach. Andrew was excellent, kind, and very responsive. We would highly recommend this rental!

Our stay was great, friendly host, always answering my questions in a rapid friendly manner. Gorgeous well constructed house! The only thing, but is not related to the host, is that the Pickleball court didn’t have enough light to play at night.😩

Gorgeous place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Ample space in every room. We loved every inch of it. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. More amenities than expected, a/c everywhere including the elevators, beautiful and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, convenient trash disposal, covered parking, huge terrace and both bedrooms have ocean views! Best experience so far in PP.
