House vacation rentals in Sonian Forest

In one word: Wow! We loved it there! We had nothing missing, very nicely decorated and this in a top location. If you don't become zen here, then nowhere... Otto and Nathalie, you are more than worth the 5 stars!

Michele place was amazing. Just what we needed for our staying in Belgium. 6 people staying together in a big house. Everything was superb. Grocery store nearby and easy to get out and go to the center of leuven

We had a great stay at this place with three couples and two toddlers. The rooms were a bit tight with a crib, but perfectly adequate. The kitchen has the standard equipment of appliances – a leaking coffee machine kept us busy, but should now be replaced (nobody had previously reported it to the hosts). The surroundings and the ambience with views of the castle are simply fantastic. In sunny weather, you can spend all day on the premises without it getting boring. The dogs often run around freely and are very affectionate and playful, so wonderful for dog fans! The sauna instructions could be a little more detailed, but after a few tries we got them working. All in all, a great place to just unwind or spend time with friends or family. Would recommend to anyone!

What a beautiful place in the green. Surely you would not thing of Belgium that it‘s the perfect summer location but it certainly was! The pictures we initially saw did not describe how laid back and chilled everything was. Beautiful greenery, a lovely natural pool with 5 fish! 🐠 The house was way large enough for us 5 friends and had enough space to have some privacy as well! Véronique and especially her son, Mathisse, were super helpful and were there once we asked for it!! Trust me: Go here, it was soo epic!

we couldn't fault Zsolt's place. we felt very at home and the place was perfectly located for our needs. And Zsolt was very helpful. we hope to be back and catch a warmer week-end to take advantage of the pool.

Absolute heaven. A slice of peaceful paradise. We stayed for just 1 night on our way through Europe with two boys aged 11 and 8. Within minutes of arriving we were swimming in the beautiful swimming pool, eating in the gorgeous kitchen, stroking the sweet dog and cats, playing ping pong, table football and wishing we were staying for longer. Highly recommend. Generous, kind warm hosts. Thank you for making it so memorable and special.

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

Thanks to Didier for his warm welcome, ideal location for a family who travels to Walibi Aqualibi Park (8min drive), very functional accommodation with all the amenities you need:) I recommend it without a problem.

Anne & Jan proved extremely helpful and friendly from the very start. They gave valuable advice and were so kind as to leave a fantastic gueuze beer as a welcome gift. The house is cozy and very well organized and is in a magnificent location, an oasis of tranquility and quiet. The beautiful back garden faces west and you can admire the sunset while comfortably sitting and relaxing at the outdoor table. The emerald green fields surrounding the neighborhood are fantastic. The bathroom is tidy and the shower is magnificent, as well as in the kitchen nothing is missing, not even the coffee pods. Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts! To be back soon!

Fantastic location - perfect little place for couples.

We had a lovely stay at the house, it is beautifully furnished and appointed with great taste. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is conveniently located, not too close to the city centre but only a very short walk from Abbaye tram stop which goes straight to the centre, or to change trams and go to the European quarter. There is a supermarket close by as well, and park areas to walk around. The house is quiet and comfortable, and provides plenty for space for a family or group, provided you don't mind stairs! It would have been fascinating to have had some information provided on the history of the building and neighbouring properties, as I am sure it has quite a story to tell. Many thanks, Alexandra!

Took a minute to find it was down an alleyway but no fault of the host, it was lovely and cosey we felt right at home instantly, would highly recommend!

What a recommendation!!! Our stay with Marie was fantastic! The house is beautifully decorated and has a nice garden making you feel like you are quietly secluded. The house is ideal for a group of friends, with spacious, open rooms. Communication with Marie went very smoothly. Already during the preparations for our weekend, Marie helped think about fun activities nearby. She also responded to our questions about certain practical matters during the weekend. We'd love to come back! Thank you Marie!!!

we enjoyed the beautiful house in a wonderful location very much. Unfortunately, the weather was not really bad, but inside it was warm and cozy. we would love to come back with nice weather. There's plenty to do nearby, so you definitely don't get bored.

The accommodation is nice, spacious and very well furnished, quiet. The terrace is a real plus. We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The rooms are very nice. We had a lovely stay.

We had a great stay at the house. The fenced garden was worth its weight in gold with small children. the house is fully equipped, the kitchen very modern, nothing was missing. the beds were also really in very good condition. We had problems with the refrigerator, then we talked on the phone and a solution was found immediately. Too bad Nicolai didn't mention (at least I didn't read / find it) that there are also children's toys in the room above. Our son was particularly happy about the huge cuddly toy bear. Everything else about toys was more for girls, but that doesn't matter. we would come back anytime and book the house again.

Perfect accommodation to welcome us. Very close to Walibi Belgium (a 3-minute drive). Communication with the host went smoothly. Self check-in went very smoothly. Nothing to complain about, I'll be happy to come back if I come back to the area.

Very unique place in a fun and vibrant part of the city. Gérôme was really helpful, check in/out was easy, and the house had everything you need.

This house is beautiful, the garden, the decoration, the living spaces… everything is great. The location 5 minutes from the metro allowed us to do all our visits without using our car. I really recommend this place.

The house is beautiful for a weekend with friends it was perfect! We were close to visit Brussels easily and the possibility of being able to park our vehicles in the courtyard was very appreciated! We are very happy with the exchanges with hosts who have been flexible on schedules to allow us to fully enjoy our reservation without rushing. If I have to come back with a group of friends or family it will probably be in this same house because it has all the assets to have a good time.
