Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Songpa District

This was the first time I stayed at an Airbnb in Korea, and it was much more comfortable and satisfying than a hotel.☺️ The host sister also handled the problem very quickly, and the facilities in the house were very well equipped. Above all, it was very close to the KSPO Dome, so other people had to travel 30-40 minutes to the accommodation after the performance, but I was able to arrive in about 10 minutes after leaving the venue. There were also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I didn't have to worry about meals at all. In addition, the bed in this accommodation was so fluffy that I, who usually have insomnia, was able to sleep very well. Overall, I was really satisfied, and thank you again:)

It was a family trip with two kids!! There were two rooms, so I was able to sleep comfortably, and it was clean and pleasant, so I want to visit again!!!

Very easy to access and well located place, the owner it's very helpful and answers fast!

The location of this house is amazing. Public transformation is super close. Line 2 and 9, also bus. Even though they have kitchen, we didn’t use it for 2 weeks stay because of all great restaurants around this house.

It was good because the location and transportation were convenient and the host responded quickly The accommodation is clean and pretty.There's a lot of food around. I will visit again next time if I have a chance

It's very convenient to come and see the con here, it's a ten-minute walk.It's quiet at night, there's a lot of food and drink around, the Host and housekeeper are very friendly and came to pick us up at the bus stop. The😊 housekeeper's puppy is also very cute. Next time I see the concert, I will consider staying here.

place was extremely cozy and the location was nice with a huge lake/park to take a stroll at. loved the huge variety of food choices around the neighbourhood and that lotte world is conveniently within walking distance! room had everything I needed so it was really helpful during the stay😆

I had a nice stay for two days~ It was close to the station and the surroundings were quiet, so I was satisfied. The tomb is right next to it, and Seokchon Lake is within walking distance, so it's great for a stroll. They say the bathroom is small, but it's not too small for showering.

I used it as a business trip accommodation, and it was great!!

Moon River was a great and responsive host. He went above and beyond: (1) Bus number from airport, (2) answering my concerns about entering the apartment, (3) helping with directions, and more. I asked for a refill for a certain item - and he brought the item requested and additional items the day of the request! Very quick response! The location is great due to the available eateries and coffee shops in the area. I am glad to have stayed here with Moon River and hope to stay again because he was such a kind host.

We had such a comfortable and cozy stay. Transportation was good, and there were many amenities nearby, so there was nothing lacking. I will definitely visit again next time. I recommend it!

The space was perfect for one. All amenities I could’ve needed were provided and the room was charming. There’s a bus stop three minutes from the apartment as well making it very convenient. Host was always responsive and I enjoyed my stay immensely.

I loved my stay here! The place was very comfortable and everything was easy to use!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

I stayed for a month and was very satisfied! It was so easy to get to other places because the subway was close, and there were so many restaurants and cafes nearby that it was easy to choose a menu! The host was so kind, and it was nice to get a quick response when I needed something or had a question! It was a little difficult to move the carrier because there was no elevator, but everything else was good. If I come to Korea, I want to stay here again!

nice have some some amenities provide eg soap, clothes washing liquid etc. made for any easy stay, place was comfortable and convenient to travel to/from. thanks :)

The location is great - very convenient to so many things (supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants, Coex center, baseball stadium, bike/walking path, etc.) just by walking! And the Bongeungsa station is very close so you can reach everything else. The space is clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home! Sungmo met me and showed me the place - he was kind and friendly. Next time I'm in Seoul, I'm calling Sungmo first! This space is 99.9% perfect! (And it could get to 100 if it had one or two larger (like "bath sized") towels but that is a tiny complaint for a fantastic experience!

Great place, feels right at home. Has all the kitchen amenities that you need to cook.

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

Overall super, will like to book my next trip with them again. Location -Super friendly when travelling from the airport and back. -Near subway station (walkable) what you think of a home you can find it inside friendly host big and spacious on living and bed area
