Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

Bright and beautiful home on 2 floors. The home is beautifully close to Nybølnor. The home is located in connection with Nybølnorstien, and close to Gendarmstien. There is a private terrace and garden with a fireplace. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the woods and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. The brick factory museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mill and History Center "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Universe 25 km. Flensburg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km. With a new sauna and 70 sqm terrace - both with sea views. 6 guests have access to: Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, large living room with TV and internet and unique sea views. 3 large bedrooms and all with the most beautiful view of the fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensburg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

The house consists of living room with open kitchen and dining area for 6 people. 1 bedroom with new elevation bed 140x200, 2 rooms with 1 bed 140x200. The whole house is heated with a new heat pump. Outside there is a large covered terrace with dining area, sun beds and fireplace. As well as an enclosed garden with plenty of space. In addition, there is a cozy winter room - which can only be used in summer - as it is not insulated. Close to shopping and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Relax in our cottage with unique fjord views all the way to Flensburg city. Within just 5-10 minutes you will find playgrounds, football pitches, beach, gendarme trail, marina with restaurant, ice house and shopping. 35 min. to a large water park. The home offers lots of coziness. Enjoy the nice view of Flensburg Fjord from both the kitchen, living room, rooms and the new terrace. The 800 km2 plot invites you to lots of outdoor fun; shelter, swing under the big walnut tree, rest on one of the 3 terraces.

The tailor's house

This charming house in Ullerup is located in peaceful, scenic surroundings overlooking open fields. Here you get the perfect setting for relaxation, socializing and fun - just a short drive from the area's many experiences. The house offers: A new country kitchen with plenty of space Bathroom with shower Yellow room (1st floor): Double bed Green room (1st floor): Double bed + 2 shorter single beds of 175 cm. Blue room (ground floor): Double bed + bunk bed Here is high to the sky and peace of mind.

Beach House / Brunsnæs

We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

Strandhytten

Hyggelig strandhytte for 2 personer Direkte ved Flensborg Fjord, direkte på gendarmstien perfekt til vandre. Hytten har et kombineret stue-, sove- og køkkenområde med dobbeltseng, sofagruppe, smart-TV, kogeplader, airfryer, køleskab og spiseplads, samt et lille badeværelse. Klimaanlæg sikrer behagelig temperatur året rundt. Nyd en dukkert i fjorden, fisk fra stranden, eller slap af med den skønne udsigt. Alt er enkelt og hyggeligt, Wi-Fi til rådighed. Perfekt til en afslappende ferie.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Country house Dalsager

Cozy annex/backhouse with a private living area, sleeping space, and kitchenette – Please note: Bathroom, kitchen, and a small gym are located in a separate building just 10 meters away. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work. At the same time, close to the Higway, so you can get on quickly.

Parking space right next to the circus wagon. 300 meters to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensborg.
