The perfect place for a peaceful vacation, where the world is shut out for a while. Small cozy wooden house located undisturbed at the water's edge, surrounded by its own forest, a small stream along the house. No neighbors or noise. The house is 50 m2 and is very reminiscent of the owner. Rustic and with charming patina :-). Furnished with kitchen area, bedroom with double bed, small room with 2 bunks (194 cm long), toilet and bathroom. Outdoor shower and large terrace overlooking the water. A spider web or a fly may occur.

Æblehytten

Æblehytten er en nybygget isoleret to personers hytte med brændeovn . Beliggende i vores gamle æblehave med udsigt til hav og 650m til badestrand. Hytten er egnet til ferie året rundt. Badeværelse med toilet, bruser og sauna er forbeholdt hyttens gæster og beliggende 25 m fra hytten. Fri brænde. Sauna afregnes via elforbrug. Rolige omgivelser midt i den skønne Nordalsiske natur. 4 km til indkøb. Internetforbindelse. Udlejer bor på grunden. Have kan benyttes. Kun ikkerygere. Ingen kæledyr.

Well-designed tiny house in a quiet setting

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Tiny house with a view

Our Tiny-House contains a living room and a bedroom. In the living room is a sofa that can be converted into a 140 cm bed. There is a double hob for cooking, as well as a microwave, electric kettle and typical kitchen utensils. There is an oil radiator to help maintain a comfortable temperature in the insulated house. The bedroom contains a 140 cm wide bed with bed linen and of course fresh towels for our guests. WiFi available in our TinyHouse and in our gardens/terraces.

ENJOY SIMPLE LIVING BY THE SEA: (Please note: The rent is cheap and no cleaning fee is charged, so please clean on your departure and bring your own linens, sheets and towels). 22 m2 + Covered panoramic terrace. Views of Ses, Sydals and to Ærø and Germany. Living room with double sofa bed (200*125cm) Alcove with double bed (200*135cm.) Garden with lawn, sea view and garden table. Backyard with lawn. The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

Holidayhouse - next to the beach

Spend your holiday in a new tinyhouse next to a lovely beach. The house is located on a campsite. Don't worry, in low season and vinterseason you have most of the campsite for your selv. Enjoy your free time, by riding a bike, walking at the beach, doing water sports or enjoy nature in the sun. Beach: 0 km Nordborg: 3 km Golf: 5 km Universe: 10 km Centerpark Nordborg: 10 km No smoking. You have to pay for electricity by check-out.

Really nice and charming, circus wagon with wide double bed. Insulated and with built-in heating. Only 350 meters from a lovely beach and forest, as well as the Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic rolls, etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as bed linen and towels. Parking space right next to the circus wagon. 300 meters to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensborg.
