Cozy annex in the woods

The small yellow annex is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of the hill country. It's quiet and the deer graze happily in the garden when the day wakes. The wood-burning stove is good in the old house, and from the loft there is a view of the meadow area and fields. In the main house lives Philip, Helene, Asger (4) and Axel (2) along with our two happy dogs (beats). It is 2 km to Bryrup, where the lake bath, tennis courts or the old veteran court can entertain. Double bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. 1 large room.

Relax with your family in this peaceful home close to Gudenåen. We are a family of two adults, and our 3 children, ages 2-8, renting out our extra guest house/annexe in the garden. You will come inside our private garden, and during your stay with us, will share the garden with us as a common area. There is also the possibility that you can be a little more yourself, as you will have your own terrace attached to the annex. Of course, we respect if you want it more private, but playful children in the garden may occur.😊

We enjoyed it very much. The place was exactly as described and ideal for us as we wanted to ride the local museum train. A supermarket is also not far away and there was also a parking space for the car. The only thing that was not ideal was the weather, but Josephine can't do anything about that ;-). We would definitely stay there again. Thank you again for the nice stay.

Highly recommend! We were there for 3 generations - 7 people in total and we all enjoyed our stay in Skovhuset. Beautiful terrace and plenty of activities for the grandchildren. A lovely unpretentious, cozy and well-equipped oasis in the middle of the forest. Perfect starting point for our trip to Himmelbjerget and restaurant visits in Ry. and a trip to the old town in Aarhus.

We had a wonderful stay at Karin and Simon's. The apartment is so cozy and beautifully furnished, we felt comfortable right away. The highlight was the small, fenced garden with access to the river. We were able to take very varied hikes in the area every day and also visit many cities. We will be happy to come back!

We were also delighted with the second visit. The house, with the beautiful view of the sea, is simply fantastic. We took great trips on the Vejle Fjord with the existing kayaks, watched porpoises and explored the area on foot and by car. The house has everything you need. The kitchen equipment is great and the hot tub is also great at any time of the day. We love it there and will certainly come back. Ole as a host is also very, very courteous and super friendly in communication.
