Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

Le logement est bien situé et facile d’accès. Il est adapté pour un couple et son écran géant est appréciable pour regarder un film avec un confort sympathique. Nos hôtes sont très réactifs également. Merci pour votre accueil Myriam et Samir. Cristina.

Die Unterkunft war super😊tolle Lage, direkt in der Nähe vom Eiffelturm und Triumphbogen sowie einer Metro Station vor der Tür. Etwas verwirrend ist es mit der Hausnummern da die in der Check In Anleitung angegebene Nummer nicht an der Tür ist wo es in das Haus reingeht sondern etwas weiter. Aber letztendlich haben wir es gefunden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Auf den Fotos sah sie etwas größer aus aber da man ja eh meistens nur zum schlafen dort ist ist es ok. Leider hatten wir zu unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung neben uns Bauarbeiten, aber da man tagsüber eh immer unterwegs war war alles gut.

Katia was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. The location is amazing! It's within a 10-minute walk to the Palace, and there are many restaurants on the street from which to choose. It was fun hanging out after dinner with the windows slightly open to hear the din of the people in the street below. It was quiet at bedtime and the bed is very comfortable! There is a pedestal fan in the bedroom if you need a little airflow like we do. The two flights of stairs are not steep, but they are of course old and a little uneven, so think carefully if you have balance issues. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the Palace.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Un séjour parfait dans la maison de Jérôme ! Tout était impeccable : une salle de cinéma incroyable, un bar au top, une piscine géniale pour se détendre, un barbecue parfait pour les soirées entre amis et un terrain de pétanque idéal pour des moments conviviaux. Séjourner dans la chapelle est une expérience hors du commun, merveilleuse. Cette chapelle a été entièrement rénovée par Iris, avec un talent incroyable. S'il fallait retenir quelques éléments ce serait le sentiment d'espace, la charpente en coque de bateau renversé, le vitrail attenant à la chambre, les jarres en papier mâché, le jardin à l'arrière etc. C'est un endroit parfait pour se retrouver, dans un village où il fait bon vivre. Iris est une hôte bienveillante et érudite, qui vous racontera toute l'histoire du lieu. J'ai déjà hâte d'y revenir !

Le logement était impeccable. Nous étions 10 adultes à l’occasion d’un anniversaire et le confort était la. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec énormément d’ustensiles et autres dans la cuisine notamment, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Tout était propre, bien mis! La disposition des pièces est très pratiques et il y a 3 salles de bain et des toilettes individuelles ce qui est très pratique quand on est nombreux. Le jardin était également très agréable, et le barbecue pratique. La seule petite surprise était la proximité avec la deuxième maison de la copro qui est située juste à côté, mais nous n’avons aucunement été gênés (et espérons ne pas avoir gêné). Olivier a été très réactif pour les messages et arrangeant. Tout s’est passé sans encombre et c’était vraiment agréable! La maison est située à proximité d’un arrêt de bus donc très pratique si jamais vous n’avez pas la voiture. Pas de commerce à proximité directe cependant. Quartier très calme. Je recommande !

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans la maison mais tout était impeccable. La literie est de qualité tout est propre et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter mais la terrasse est vraiment cocooning et intimiste. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter. Un grand parc hyper agréable à proximité immédiate.

Il n’y a vraiment rien à redire nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est très accueillant ,tout y est, c’est propre et décoré avec goût et des matériaux de qualité, ce qui est très appréciable, on a l’impression d’être chez soi. Nous avons passé des nuits paisibles, le cadre est vraiment magnifique et silencieux Frédéric nous a accueillis comme il accueillerait des amis de longues dates… Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Tout était parfait, propreté impeccable, logement très agréable, j’ai beaucoup apprécié la literie et notamment les draps. Nous avons pu récupérer le logement dès que nous sommes arrivés à Versailles, grâce aux hôtes réactifs. À recommander.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Très bel environnement en bordure de forêt au calme. Le superbe centre ville avec ses caneaux est accessible à pied, avec plusieurs belles randonnées, et châteaux à proximité. Appartement très bien équipé. Merci à Cyril pour ses conseils.
