Vacation rentals with beach access in Son Xoriguer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la qualité des informations proposées par Anna notamment sur l'accès, les restaurants et les lieux incontournables de Minorque en juin. L'intérieur était décoré avec goût et c'était conforme aux descriptions et bien équipé. Le seul bémol est la vue qui n'est pas mer et sur un terrain de tennis abandonné (dommage) et le bruit car les couloirs car cela raisonnait beaucoup. Malgré cela l'emplacement est idéal car très proche de la Ciutadela (10 min en voiture indispensable), du Cami Cavalls, le sentier qui parcours le tour de l'ile et qui est tout juste incroyable ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette crique avec nos apéros couchers de soleil sur la plage :-)

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Ignasi ! La localisation est idéale car vraiment proche du centre ville de Ciutadella & proche de la mer, l'environnement est particulièrement calme et le quartier très residentiel ! Avec des commerces, restaurants et une plage accessibles à pied également. Le logement est vraiment très propre et tout le nécessaire est à disposition. L'aménagement extérieur est parfait pour du bon temps et du repos (table à manger, coin salon et coin transat) Un gros avantage est la facilité pour garer une voiture ! Bref, aucun doute que nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Minorque !

Elena heeft ons voorzien met een prima vakantie appartement. Het was fijn en het uitzicht was prachtig. Ook heeft ze ons nog extra spullen geleverd zoals een kinderbed en deken. Dit was erg fijn voor ons zoontje. Bedankt voor het fijne contact en het verzorgen van een prettige accommodatie voor onze vakantie.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Manuel’s place is very well equipped and, although on the smaller side, it offered plenty of space for three adults and our 5-month-old. The terrace is beautiful—especially in the evenings—and the pool is a great size and depth, and was often empty when we wanted to use it. What really makes this place stand out is Manuel’s attention to detail and thoughtful touches. He provided us with a fantastic list of activities, local beaches, and restaurant recommendations, which made exploring so easy. The local beach just a few minutes’ drive away ended up being our favourite of all the places we visited—plenty of space and very relaxing. I’d highly recommend staying here. We’d love to come back!

A beautiful apartment with wonderful sea view. Very spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Walking distance to fabulous local restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Reservé el alojamiento para mi hijo y su pareja, y han vuelto felices con la experiencia. Me comentan que el estudio es muy bonito, cómodo y tranquilo. Les encantó especialmente poder relajarse en el hamam y la piscina. Gracias por cuidar tan bien de ellos.

Excellent séjour dans une maison très bien équipée avec belle piscine. Plage sympa à 300 m et découverte d'une crique turquoise à 1km, fantastique ! Merci Dri &Kass

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

Dreamy stay - well equipped and located place. My standouts: sunny breakfast on the terrace in the morning; a short drive from Ciutadella but also walkable distance to many shops, restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Just as advertised, plus the small details like Tupperware’s, beach towels and parasol available to pack for picnics. Thanks to the host :) would highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement très bien équipé, confortable (très bonne literie), belles salles de bain et le tout décoré avec soin. Notre hôte s'est montré disponible, sympathique, réactif et de bons conseils. L'emplacement est très calme. L'accès aux petites plages à pied est un vrai plus. Supermarchés et restaurants accessibles à pied également. Nous recommandons sans réserve et reviendrons avec plaisir.

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Séraphin lors de notre arrivée. Il nous a présenté la maison et nous a indiqué tout ce qu'il y avait à découvrir dans la région (plages,restaurants,commerces). La maison est parfaite et fidèle aux photos de l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec nos enfants et le petit truc en plus la table de ping pong située à l'ombre. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

We have just returned from a really wonderful stay at Mariona and Joseph's place. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved eating on the balcony with a gorgeous sea view. You can't beat the location of the flat, just downstairs there is a supermarket and great cafe, and you are minutes from the pool and beach. The surrounding area is beautiful too, we enjoyed walks along the coastpath to Binigaus and Atalis beach and our children enjoyed the Loc de Menorca zoo. Mariona was a very kind and helpful host, she answered our questions very quickly. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home, we hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you also for the gifts of wine and biscuits on arrival, very much appreciated.

Jorge preciso, flessibile ed efficiente per tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Appartamento pulito, ordinato in stile minorchino. Posizione dell'appartamento ottima sia per godere a piedi della spiaggia sottostante sia come punto di partenza in macchina per esplorare l'isola. Consigliatissimo!

Lovely bright apartment, close to the beach and quiet. Loved the terrace/balcony with a sea view in the distance. Beds super comfy and found the pillows nice too. Well equipped kitchen and great to have some basics and a kettle too! Jody responded promptly and was helpful with any questions. Would love to return sometime!

Ambiente impeccabile, come essere a casa. Una chicca incastonata tra verde e mare. Bellissima vista dal terrazzino del soggiorno. Cucina super accessoriata. In casa c'e tutto il necessario per ogni tipo di soggiorno. Residence curato e pulito. Zone comuni eccelse. Lo stra consiglio. É stato un enorme piacere, ritorneremo sicuramente.

Gem of an apartment that felt like a home, not a holiday let. The garden and grounds in this small complex were beautifully maintained with shrubs, trees and landscaping and exceptionally well designed pool - good to have a pool with a decent depth of water. The apartment, whilst compact, was well furnished. The compact kitchen is really well fitted out with everything you would need - this is clearly a cook's kitchen. Good storage and bathroom. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches including library and widescreen TV and everything provided including cleaning/laundry materials. Lovely outside patio. The location is excellent - very peaceful, handy for Ciutadella and within easy reach of the supermarket and amenities. Elena went out of her way to make it a smooth check in (despite a 2 hour flight delay), provide information and advice on local restaurants and answer any queries.

Super séjour , je recommande ce logement surtout avec des enfants c’est parfait ! La résidence avec les piscines, le parc de jeux, le supermarché, la plage et des restaurants sont tout proches c’est génial. Rober a été très agréable et disponible :-).

Very clean and comfortable and super friendly and helpful and parking provided. Great place to stay with lots of choice of cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.
