IMPORTANT: Contact before booking so that I can tell you the conditions. In July and August, the rent will be for full weeks or fortnights, and a maximum of one day will be left between bookings. Villa in Cap d'Artrutx very well connected and with easy free parking. An 8-minute walk to the nearest beach. The house is prepared for 6 people and is distributed in three double bedrooms (one double bed and four single beds) located on the first floor with a full bathroom. On the ground floor are the living-dining room, kitchen and a full bathroom. Outside there is a large barbecue, a porch and a large garden with a swimming pool. A crib and high chair for 1 baby.
